Lyft Pink can be a useful way to save on rides, bike rentals, scooter unlocks, and even roadside assistance — but whether it’s worth paying for depends heavily on how often you use Lyft and which benefits you’ll actually use.
That’s especially true now that Lyft has reshaped its membership program into multiple tiers. Standard Lyft Pink costs $99 per year and includes perks like Priority Pickup upgrades, select ride discounts, relaxed cancellations, and limited bike or scooter benefits. Lyft Pink All Access costs more but adds stronger rideshare discounts and a much richer set of bike and scooter perks.
The math also gets more interesting if you have a credit card that already earns bonus rewards or provides monthly Lyft credits. Lyft says the average Pink member saves $23 per month on rides, but your real-world savings will depend on your ride habits, city, and whether you use Lyft’s micromobility benefits.
Here’s what Lyft Pink includes, how the new All Access tier compares, and when it makes sense to pay for a membership.
Lyft Pink Membership Program
Lyft Pink launched in October 2019 as Lyft's loyalty program. It underwent a major overhaul and relaunch in 2022 and has seen further changes since then. The old membership cost $19.99 per month, but a 2022 relaunch reduced the price to $9.99 per month or $99 annually.
Now, a new tier called All Access is available for $199 annually.
If you don't want to pay a monthly or annual fee, you can sign up for Lyft Cash Rewards. This program allows you to set a monthly auto-refill and earn up to 5% Lyft Cash back on eligible rides, plus other benefits:
- $25 auto-refill offers 2% Lyft Cash back on eligible rides
- $50 auto-refill offers 4% Lyft Cash back on eligible rides, plus two relaxed cancellations per month
- $100 auto-refill offers 5% Lyft Cash back on eligible rides, plus two free Extra Comfort upgrades and two relaxed cancellations per month
Lyft Pink is only available for personal rides. If you travel for business, you can also sign up for the Lyft Business Rewards Program. This program offers additional rewards for Lyft rides taken for business purposes.

Our Take
The Lyft Pink membership program offers plenty of benefits for Lyft users. It only costs $9.99 per month, and you'll save on Lyft rides, bikes, and scooters. If you use Lyft regularly or commute often by bike or scooter, consider upgrading to the All Access plan for $199 annually.
Remember that if you use Lyft for business purposes, sign up for the Lyft Business Rewards Program to gain additional benefits and rewards.
