Chase is back with another round of unique wellness offers for Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card (Rates & Fees) and Chase Sapphire Reserve® (Rates & Fees) cardholders.

Through May 12, 2026, cardholders can receive up to $359 with a WHOOP Life membership.

Here are the details of these limited-time offers.

Wellness Offers for Chase Sapphire Cardholders

Eligible Sapphire Preferred and Sapphire Reserve cardholders can access a handful of wellness-focused offers through Chase Offers in their online account, the Chase app, or by clicking an offer received by email.

Right now, we’re seeing cash back on a Calm Premium subscription, a discount on a Prenuvo full-body MRI, cash back on a Function membership, cash back on WHOOP memberships, and the longstanding offer to earn bonus rewards on Peloton purchases. Keep reading for all the details.

Get up to $359 back on a WHOOP membership

WHOOP is a wearable fitness tracker that monitors a variety of important metrics, like heart rate variability, sleep, and recovery. It requires a monthly subscription, and for a limited time, Sapphire cardholders can earn a statement credit on WHOOP annual membership purchases.

There are three WHOOP memberships — One, Peak, and Life. WHOOP One starts at $149 per year, WHOOP Peak costs $239 per year, and WHOOP Life will run you $359 each year. The higher your membership tier, the more advanced the technology.

For instance, the wearable tracker you receive with a WHOOP One membership has a battery that lasts five days, while WHOOP Peak and Life members receive a tracker that lasts for 14+ days between charges. Higher tiers also include features such as on-demand AFib detection and daily blood pressure insights.

Through May 12, 2026, Sapphire Preferred cardholders can earn $100 cash back for any WHOOP annual membership, while Sapphire Reserve cardholders can earn a $359 statement credit for a WHOOP Life annual membership.

In other words, Sapphire Preferred cardholders can get a WHOOP membership for as low as $49 for their first year, and Sapphire Reserve cardholders can essentially get their first year of membership at the highest tier for free.

If you are an existing WHOOP member and you wish to take advantage of the offer, you can either gift an annual membership to someone else or use it when you renew your membership. As with the other offers, you must activate it through Chase Offers before you make the purchase. The offer can be redeemed once per eligible cardmember. Once you activate, you can purchase your membership directly from WHOOP.

Earn 5X Ultimate Rewards points on Peloton purchases

At this point, you're probably not a stranger to Peloton with its interactive fitness equipment and workouts. Through December 31, 2027, Chase Sapphire cardholders can earn up to 10X Ultimate Rewards points on eligible Peloton purchases.

Sapphire Preferred cardholders earn 5X points on Peloton purchases of $150 or more, up to 25,000 points per year.

Meanwhile, Sapphire Reserve cardholders earn 10X points on up to $5,000 in Peloton purchases each year, for a total of up to 50,000 points annually. The card also offers up to $120 in annual statement credits toward Peloton memberships.

Our Take

As someone who takes my health seriously, I’m genuinely excited to see these Chase wellness offers return. Last year, I had the chance to get a full-body MRI through Prenuvo, and it was an excellent experience that I’d recommend to anyone who’s interested in proactive health screening. If you have a Sapphire Reserve, it’s definitely worth considering while the discount is available.

At a minimum, all Sapphire Reserve cardholders should be sure to claim their free year of Calm Premium.

No matter which offer you choose to take advantage of, be sure to add it to your eligible card before making a purchase, and pay close attention to the expiration dates. That way, you won’t miss out on any statement credits or bonus rewards.
