Redeem IHG One Rewards Points for Iberostar Resort Stays
IHG's partnership with Iberostar took another step forward today. Now, IHG One Rewards members can book all-inclusive stays at more than 40 beachfront resorts with points.
At first glance, award rates are pretty steep. Cash rates for Iberostar properties are high, which makes sense given that the resorts are all-inclusive. Award redemption rates match; this is also likely a function of IHG's dynamic pricing model.
If one of these properties catches your eye but doesn't fit your budget, IHG does offer a Points & Cash booking option, which could take the sting of a stay at one of these resorts.
IHG One Rewards benefits at Iberostar properties
Not every Iberostar property participates in the IHG One Rewards program, but a great number of them do. We've got a full list below.
As an IHG One Rewards member, you'll enjoy the following benefits on stays at Iberostar resorts — even if you don't have IHG elite status:
- Early check-in: Subject to availability for Platinum and Diamond members.
- Late check-out: Available to all members up to 2 p.m., subject to availability.
- Guaranteed room availability: Available for Platinum and Diamond Elite members.
- Complimentary upgrades: Subject to availability.
- Welcome amenity at check-in: Available for Platinum and Diamond Elite members as follows:
- Platinum Elite members receive a $15 hotel credit or 600 IHG One Rewards points.
