How To Transfer Chase Points to Hyatt
The first step to making a Chase to Hyatt transfer is to log in to the Ultimate Rewards portal so you can see your accounts dashboard.

If you have multiple Chase Ultimate Rewards cards, you can select which one you want to transfer points from. Additionally, if your points are scattered across several cards, you can combine your Ultimate Rewards points onto one card before transferring the points to Hyatt.
How to find the Ultimate Rewards transfer partners
Make sure to select a Chase card that is eligible to transfer points to partners. Then, on the top of the page in the navigation menu, first select “Travel,” followed by “Transfer points to partners. If your card is eligible, you will see these two options.

Then, this will bring you to the “Transfer Points” page, where you can see all of the Chase transfer partners.
If Chase is offering a limited-time transfer bonus to Hyatt, it will appear in the list of “Bonus offers” at the top of the “All partners” list. Unfortunately, transfer bonuses to World of Hyatt are unheard of.
How to link your Chase and Hyatt accounts
Now that you're on the transfer partners page, select “Hotels,” and then “World of Hyatt”. At the bottom of the page click “Transfer Points.”
Then you can fill out a few questions to complete the transfer. You will need to have your World of Hyatt number ready, which can be found by logging into Hyatt, as well as the name on the affiliated loyalty account.

The name on your Hyatt account must match the name of a primary cardholder or a household member who is an authorized user on the Chase account. Otherwise, the transfer will not process. Also, double-check your loyalty number, as errors may lead to a delayed transfer and a call to Chase to fix the issue.
If you have previously transferred points to Hyatt, Chase will remember your account details, saving you a step in the process.

Chase requires cardholders to transfer points in 1,000-point increments. Ultimate Rewards transfer to Hyatt at a 1:1 ratio, meaning that for every 1,000 Ultimate Rewards points you transfer, you'll receive 1,000 Hyatt points.
Make sure to double-check the amount that you want to transfer, as points can only be transferred in one direction. After you have confirmed, select “Submit.” Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email from Chase stating that your points are being transferred to Hyatt.

In most cases, the points transfer instantly, meaning you will have access to your new stash of points as soon as you log into your Hyatt account. This allows you to start redeeming them moments later!
Note that if you are already logged into Hyatt, you won't see the points or be able to use them — even if you refresh your browser. All you need to do to see your updated points balance is to log out and then log back in.
