Final Thoughts
Wyndham now offers four credit cards issued by Barclays, plus a separate debit card issued by Sunrise Banks. The credit cards differ substantially in annual fee, earning rates, elite status, anniversary bonuses, statement credits, and award-redemption discounts.
If you’re trying to decide which one is right for you, here’s a quick guide based on each card’s standout feature:
- Best for travelers who want to avoid an annual fee: Wyndham Earner Card
- Best for those looking for good perks at a modest cost: Wyndham Earner Plus Card
- Best for business owners or anyone aiming for Diamond status: Wyndham Earner Business Card
Plus, the Wyndham Rewards Debit Card is an alternative for travelers who do not want or cannot qualify for a credit card. But unlike the four Wyndham credit cards, the debit card does not offer a discount on award redemptions.
