Bilt Rewards has grown far beyond its original offerings since launching in 2021. Once known as “just” a rewarding credit card with unique transfer partners and a program where you can pay rent with no transaction fees, Bilt has since expanded through new partnerships as part of the “Bilt Neighborhood.” Over the past month, Bilt has introduced several new ways to earn points, including parking, home delivery, and mortgage payments.

Here’s a look at each new addition so you don’t miss any earning opportunities.

Bilt Rewards Adds Several Partners to Its Ecosystem

In recent months, Bilt Rewards has added partners at a rapid clip. However, these aren’t new transfer partners necessarily — though Bilt has introduced some of those as well. Instead, they're partnerships with brands that could change how you engage with the Bilt Rewards program.

Metropolis Parking: Earn Bilt Points on Parking

The first new partnership to call attention to is with Metropolis Parking. For the unfamiliar, this is a provider operating more than 4,200 locations across the United States. It's the largest parking network in the country.

If you regularly park at Metropolis locations, you can now earn Bilt Points on your bookings, currently at a rate of one Bilt Point per dollar spent. You’ll also continue to earn your usual rewards from your selected payment method.

After linking your accounts, you’ll be able to search for Metropolis parking options directly in the Bilt app and see how many Bilt Points you’ll earn for each booking. While you can’t book parking in the Bilt app at launch, Metropolis makes the process seamless since your car’s license plate is linked to your account for automatic entry and exit.

Bilt has also hinted at future features, including alerts for free or discounted parking and the ability to redeem Bilt Points for Metropolis parking. Keep in mind that monthly members aren’t eligible to earn Bilt Points at launch.

Currently, Metropolis operates both “Metropolis Vision” and non-Vision lots across the country. Only Vision lots — which use license plate recognition technology — qualify for earning Bilt Points.

GoPuff: Earn Bilt Points on Home Delivery

Another new partnership is with GoPuff for what Bilt is referring to as “Bilt Home Delivery.” This tie-up is designed for both Bilt Rewards members and partners within the broader Bilt ecosystem.

The service is powered by GoPuff — a company you might recognize from its previous partnership with Chase, which ended in 2023. This partnership, though, doesn't look quite the same as that one as far as monthly credits go.

For Bilt Rewards members, Bilt Home Delivery means ordering items for home delivery through the Bilt app or website. Members can pay with a linked card or redeem Bilt Points for their order. If you pay with a card, you’ll still earn your regular rewards plus one Bilt Point per dollar spent with Bilt Home Delivery.

Bilt is also extending this offering to property managers and merchants. Because Bilt partners with many property managers across the U.S., the service could let managers welcome new tenants with deliveries or allow merchants in Bilt’s restaurant network to surprise and delight members.

It’s clear that Bilt is using data across its ecosystem to create marketing opportunities that add value for all its users.

UWM: Earn Bilt Points on Your Eligible Mortgage

At long last, Bilt will soon let members earn Bilt Points on their mortgage payments through its partnership with UWM, which is a Bilt investor.

The full details haven’t been released yet, but at this stage, every on-time payment made to UWM will qualify for Bilt Points. Future homeowners may also be able to earn points at loan origination.

For now, this program is limited to mortgages serviced by UWM, which makes sense given the company’s investment in Bilt. However, Bilt’s latest announcement — which is covered in the next section — may offer something for other homeowners to look forward to.

Venmo: Earn Bilt Points on Rent, Mortgages, Shopping, and More

Last but not least, Bilt is partnering with Venmo. When the partnership launches in early 2026, Bilt members will be able to pay rent, mortgages, and shop within the Bilt network using Venmo.

According to Bilt, “members can complete monthly payments in just a few taps, split costs with roommates, and earn Bilt Points that can be redeemed for travel, fitness, home decor, and more.”

Right now, it’s unclear how many Bilt Points members will earn when paying rent or mortgages through Venmo. However, members can likely expect similar earning rates to what’s already offered within Bilt’s existing merchant network, such as restaurants and fitness classes paid through Venmo.

We’ll know more once the partnership officially launches in early 2026.

Bottom Line

It's clear that Bilt has pivoted to a business model that places its Bilt Neighborhood central to its revenue model. All of these new partnerships aim to achieve that goal.

And it seems Bilt wants to be involved in every payment you'll ever make. The company (and its merchant partners) learn more about the member's consumption habits. The member earns Bilt Points along the way, hopefully transferring them to Bilt's travel partners for maximal redemption value.

While some of these partnerships may not apply to your spending habits, Bilt has shown that it's willing to partner with more and more companies to expand its business. For mortgage owners especially, 2026 will be the year to watch if you can finally earn rewards on mortgage payments.
