Southwest is back with another round of “Week of Wow”-style promotions for Rapid Rewards members. This time, you can earn bonus points in two easy ways. First, you can get 3,000 bonus points when you book a two-night (or longer) stay at eligible properties through the Southwest Rapid Rewards Hotels portal, or earn up to 5,000 bonus points on select Carnival cruises booked through Southwest Cruises.
Here’s a quick rundown of the current bonus point offers and how to make the most of each one.
[Booking closed] Earn 3k Bonus Points on 2+ Night Southwest Hotels Bookings
Through December 1, 2025, Southwest is offering 3,000 bonus points on eligible hotel bookings of two nights or more. To earn these bonus points, you’ll need to book an eligible stay through the Southwest Hotels promo page and complete it by March 31, 2026. The catch is that this bonus is only available for hotels marked with a bonus badge.

The promotion doesn’t apply to stays that are partially or fully canceled, so you’ll need to complete the booking as planned to earn the 3,000 points.
Southwest also doesn’t clarify whether this offer can be used more than once, so your results may vary if you book multiple qualifying stays.

[Booking closed] Up to 5k Bonus Points on Select Southwest Cruise Bookings
If your travel plans include time at sea, Southwest is offering up to 5,000 bonus points on select cruises booked through the Southwest Cruises portal. This offer is fairly limited and applies only to Carnival Cruises voyages departing between December 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026 (though the terms also reference May 31). The booking window is open through November 21, 2025.
Here’s how the bonus points break down:
- 3- to 5-night sailings
- 1,750 bonus points on interior staterooms
- 2,000 bonus points on oceanview staterooms
- 2,250 bonus points on balcony staterooms
- 2,500 bonus points on suites
- 6-night or longer sailings
- 3,500 bonus points on interior staterooms
- 4,000 bonus points on oceanview staterooms
- 4,500 bonus points on balcony staterooms
- 5,000 bonus points on suites

Final Thoughts
More often than not, Southwest’s Week of Wow spells new ways to earn Rapid Rewards points on eligible travel bookings. And for a limited time, you can earn 3,000 bonus points on eligible two-night stays booked through Southwest Hotels and up to 5,000 bonus points on Carnival Cruise Line voyages booked through Southwest Cruises.
