Heading to Las Vegas anytime soon? If so, the Fontainebleau Las Vegas has extended its status match offer. Through September 2, 2024, those who show up in person and present a status card from a rival casino can match up to top-tier Royal status, depending on your current casino rewards program status.
Here are the details and benefits of Fontainebleau's status match.
The Fontainebleau Las Vegas
The Fontainebleau is the new mega-resort and casino on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. After years of development, the casino opened in December 2023. You'll find the resort next to the Las Vegas Convention Center, sitting across the street from Circus Circus and Travelodge — not that the Fontainebleau should be associated with such hotels.
As of this writing, the Fontainebleau is the tallest occupied building in Nevada. The resort boasts 3,644 rooms, a 173,000-square-foot casino, and the 3,800-seat BleauLive Theater. Eventually, the hotel will have 36 restaurants, many of which employ award-winning chefs.
Just like many other resorts and casinos on the Strip, the Fontainebleau has its own loyalty program. It's called Fontainebleau Rewards. The program has three status tiers: Silver, Gold, and Royal.

Status Match to Fontainebleau Rewards
Through September 2, 2024, Fontainebleau is offering a status match promotion called “Elevate Your Tier.” Elite status members of another Las Vegas or regional casino loyalty program can match to Fontainebleau Silver, Gold, or Royal.

To claim your status match, you must show up in person at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas Rewards desk before September 2, 2024. You will receive your new Fontainebleau status through December 31, 2024. And there's no cost to match your casino status to Fontainebleau.
To maintain it past the end of 2024, you'll need to follow the normal status requirements.

Status matches are always a good opportunity for better benefits. If you happen to pass through Las Vegas before September 2, 2024, and hold an elite tier with another casino loyalty program, consider stopping by the Fontainebleau for a status match opportunity.
The hotel is certainly a luxurious addition to the Las Vegas Strip, and it's worth having Gold or Royal status when staying there.
