Offers for The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card and J.P. Morgan Reserve card are not available through this site. Some offers may have expired. Please see our card marketplace for available offers

Priority Pass is best known for airport lounge access, but that’s not the only way eligible members can use the benefit. Depending on which credit card provides your membership, Priority Pass may also unlock airport spa treatments, gaming lounges, private suites, wellness sessions, and other non-lounge experiences.

That distinction matters because not every Priority Pass membership works the same way. Many credit card-issued memberships have become more limited over time, especially when it comes to restaurants and other food credits. But select Chase cards still offer access to several useful non-lounge Priority Pass amenities.

If you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve® (Rates & Fees), The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card, or J.P. Morgan Reserve card, your Priority Pass Select membership can still be useful even when there isn’t a traditional lounge available.

Here’s what non-lounge Priority Pass experiences eligible Chase cardholders can still use — and which amenities are no longer included.

What Priority Pass Amenities Can Sapphire Reserve Cardholders Use?

If you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, The Ritz-Carlton™ Credit Card, or the J.P. Morgan Reserve card in your wallet, your complimentary Priority Pass Select membership includes access to several additional airport amenities. Here’s what you can take advantage of.

Airport spa and wellness experiences

Priority Pass members with an eligible Chase card have several ways to squeeze in a little relaxation before a flight. Depending on the airport, you may find traditional spa treatments, massage loungers, or hands-on stretch and massage sessions.

  • At participating Be Relax airport spas, Priority Pass members can choose from select treatments such as 15- or 30-minute massages, foot treatments and hand or nail services. Exact offerings and values vary by location.
  • XWELL offers 25-minute wellness sessions using options such as Zero-Gravity Massage Chairs, Hydromassage Loungers, Full Body Massage Loungers, Ceragem, or Chakra Beds, depending on the location.
  • At The Chiroport, one Priority Pass visit gets you a 20-minute hands-on stretch and massage session, currently valued at $79.

Because benefits vary by airport, check the Priority Pass app before your trip to see exactly what's available at your location. When you're logged in, the app will display the experiences available with your specific membership.

Gameway lounges

Gameway locations in select airports across the U.S. provide a unique lounge experience. Sapphire Reserve Priority Pass members can play on their favorite gaming systems for an hour, thanks to the Priority Pass Select membership. These niche lounges offer PCs, PlayStations and Xboxes, complete with headphones and TVs.

OK, stay with me here. You may not be a gamer, but you may still benefit from this Priority Pass perk. Gameway lounges are one of our favorite spots to visit before a trip with our kids.

Cardholders and their guests can each choose one packaged snack and one bottled non-alcoholic beverage or one alcoholic beverage without a snack. However, the latter's availability depends on which Gameway location you visit. Furthermore, you don't have to stay and play — just grab your snack benefit and leave.

Visiting our Gameway at Houston Hobby Airport allows my boys can play video games while my husband and I relax and charge our phones with free Wi-Fi and comfy chairs. We also get snacks and drinks for the plane. It's a win-win.

You'll also find an additional gaming lounge called Game Space in Dubai (DXB). There's no food or beverages at Game Space, but gameplay is unlimited.

Minute Suites

If you love the idea of a comfortable, private spot to nap, watch TV, or rest, then Minute Suites is perfect for you. Your suite includes a daybed sofa, pillows, and blankets. If you need to get work done in quiet, there's a desk and Wi-Fi available. Want to just chill out in peace? Suites also include a Smart TV

Up to four people can relax in a Minute Suite, so we've brought our whole family into one suite for some downtime. An eligible Priority Pass membership covers the first hour, while additional time is available at a discounted rate in 15-minute increments. That can make a long layover a lot more bearable.

Golf DEN

If you’re passing through Denver International Airport (DEN), your Priority Pass membership can even score you some time on a golf simulator. At Golf DEN, one Priority Pass visit includes 25 minutes of simulator time, one snack, and one soft or alcoholic drink.

Even better, accompanying guests can share the simulator at no additional cost, so you can bring friends or family along without using additional Priority Pass visits. Golf clubs and other equipment are provided, making this an easy way to kill some time during a layover, whether you’re an avid golfer or just want to take a few swings before your flight.

What Priority Pass Amenities Aren't Available to Chase Cardholders?

Not every experience in the Priority Pass network is included with the membership you receive through an eligible Chase card. Some benefits are limited to other types of Priority Pass memberships.

For example, Priority Pass still partners with participating restaurants, cafés, and markets that offer eligible members a credit toward food and drinks, even though Chase cardholders no longer have access to these benefits.

Jabbrrbox is another exception. These private, soundproof workspaces are available at select airports, but Priority Pass limits the benefit to members who purchase a Standard, Standard Plus, or Prestige membership directly. Eligible members currently receive one hour and 15 minutes of Jabbrrbox use, valued at $37.50.

It’s worth checking the Priority Pass app before your trip to confirm which experiences are included with your membership at the airports you’ll be visiting.

Final Thoughts

Airport lounges may get most of the attention, but Priority Pass can offer much more than a quiet place to wait for your flight. Eligible Chase cardholders can also access a variety of non-lounge experiences, including spa and wellness treatments, gaming lounges, private suites, and even a golf simulator.

That makes the Priority Pass membership that comes with cards like the Sapphire Reserve a little more interesting than many competing versions of the benefit. And I can think of worse ways to spend time at the airport than getting a massage, letting my kids play video games, or relaxing in a private suite before a flight.
