American Express has introduced another “coupon” to some of its Delta co-branded cards. This perk offers monthly credits toward an Uber One membership. Fortunately, it’s easy to use — and doesn’t come paired with an increase in annual fees.
Here’s how it works and which cards are eligible.
What Is Uber One?
Uber One is a subscription service, costing $9.99 per month, that offers specific benefits for Uber and Uber Eats users, including:
- Free delivery on Uber Eats orders
- 6% back on Uber rides, earned as Uber One credits
- Up to 10% off delivery and pickup orders
- Exclusive offers
For frequent Uber users, the monthly fee can be easy to justify. But now, for Delta cardholders, that monthly fee will be fully credited.
Which Amex Delta Cards Offer the Uber One Benefit?
Effective June 26, 2025, using your eligible Delta Amex card for an auto-renewing monthly Uber One membership will result in a statement credit. You must begin paying for your membership by June 25, 2026. Cardholders of the following cards will receive up to 12 monthly statement credits of up to $9.99 for 12 consecutive months:
- Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card
- Delta SkyMiles® Platinum Business American Express Card
- Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card
- Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Business American Express Card
All of the above cards also offer a monthly $10 ride-share credit, so you can stack the savings. Enrollment is required for select Amex benefits.

- 2X miles per dollar on eligible dining purchases
- 1X miles per dollar on all other eligible purchases
All you need to do is sign up for Uber One and pay for the membership with one of the cards above. The memberships will auto-renew past the statement credit period, so be sure to cancel if you no longer want to pay for the service.
This is all part of the recent partnership between Delta and Uber, which also features up to 3X Delta SkyMiles earning on Uber and Uber Eats activities.
Bottom Line
Having benefits added to credit cards without an increase in the annual fee sure seems to be more the exception than the norm these days. So for current Delta Amex cardholders, the addition of 6 or 12-month Uber One membership credits is great news. If nothing else, you can use the membership for the trial period and decide if there is any value to you going forward.
