Before today, the only way to earn miles on a JSX flight was by crediting your travel to one of two partner airline programs. But now, you can credit them to JSX itself. The semi-private public charter carrier now has its own loyalty program, called Club JSX.
With this new program, you can earn up to 5% back in rewards on JSX bookings, use those rewards for free flights, and more. Here's what to know about Club JSX.
JSX Launches New ‘Club JSX' Loyalty Program
The JSX experience isn’t like what you’ll get on big-name airlines, and that’s part of its appeal. But today’s news makes the small carrier feel a bit more like a major player. JSX now has its own loyalty program, called Club JSX.
Club JSX is a free-to-join program that lets you earn rewards when you fly JSX and turn those rewards into free or discounted flights. There are a couple of other perks too, but what stands out is how simple the program is. There’s no elite status to qualify for, no co-branded credit card you need to fully participate, and nothing else overly complicated.
In fact, the program boils down to just a few key points:
- Earning rewards: You’ll earn 5% back in rewards on your base fare, seat selection, and pet fees when booking directly with JSX. Occasionally, you might see promos or bonuses that boost your earnings. Just note that flights booked through partners like JetBlue or United, as well as private charters, won’t earn rewards. Rewards expire 12 months after you earn them.
- Birthday bonus: When you take eligible flights during your birthday month, you'll earn up to double the rewards!
- Redeeming rewards: You can use your rewards like cash at checkout when booking through JSX. This includes bookings made online, in the app, or by phone. Rewards can be applied to base fares, seat fees, and pet fees, and they will be used in order of expiration. You cannot use rewards on baggage fees, change or cancel fees, or flights booked through other airlines.
- Pooling rewards with others: With Family Pooling, you can link your account with up to four other people. Family, friends, or anyone you choose can join. All rewards are shared across the group, and anyone in the pool can use them. You can leave at any time and take your unused rewards with you.

How to join Club JSX
Signing up for Club JSX is quick and easy. Just head to the Club JSX landing page and click “Become a Member.” You’ll be prompted to enter your personal details, along with an optional referral code. Entering a code will get you $100 off your first JSX flight. Need one? Feel free to use mine: 1N8GFY.
And that’s it! You’re ready to start earning and redeeming rewards with Club JSX.
Should you credit JSX flights to Club JSX?
If you fly JSX regularly, it's worth comparing the value of rewards you can earn and redeem through Club JSX versus its two earning partners, United and JetBlue. On one-off flights, you will probably get more value by crediting your miles to JetBlue or United.
But if you fly JSX often, you will likely come out ahead by earning Club JSX rewards and turning them into free flights. This is largely because United awards MileagePlus miles based on either the cost of your ticket or a percentage of miles flown, depending on how you booked. JetBlue, on the other hand, gives you a flat 150 or 250 TrueBlue points depending on the fare.
In short, the rewards you earn through partner programs can be pretty underwhelming.
Bottom Line
The JSX experience is pretty unique, and it’s awesome to see the carrier now offering its own loyalty program. If you fly JSX even somewhat regularly, it’s worth signing up for Club JSX to earn up to 5% back on your flights and turn those rewards into future free or discounted travel.
