Do Domino’s Rewards Expire
Domino’s Rewards points expire if you have no activity on your account for 180 days. Per the Domino’s Pizza Frequently Asked Questions page:
“Rewards Points earned from qualifying orders expire after 180 days of account inactivity.”
This led to the question of what constitutes inactivity. Helpfully, Domino’s answered this in the following sentence.
“meaning a period of no earning or redeeming of points in your account. From time to time, there will be bonus offers with points that may have differing expiration dates.”

How To Earn and Redeem Domino’s Rewards Points
Unlike many airline and hotel loyalty programs, your options for earning and redeeming Domino’s points are much more limited.
Earning Domino’s Rewards points
You earn Domino’s Rewards Points for placing food orders with Domino’s under the following conditions:
- Earn 10 points for orders of $5 or more, excluding tips and donations.
- You can only earn points for one order per calendar day.
- Your points will reflect in your account after approximately 48 hours.
Redeeming Domino’s Rewards points
When it comes to redeeming your Domino’s points, you can only do so for eligible menu items under the following conditions.
- You can redeem points on the app or at Dominos.com.
- Redeem in increments of 20, 40, or 60 points.
- You can only redeem one rewards item per order.

Domino’s Rewards is one of the simpler loyalty programs we cover: order pizza, earn points, and redeem them for free food. The only catch is the relatively short 180-day inactivity window. Still, it’s hard to imagine points expiring if you order even a couple of times a year.
