Back in February 2024, Hilton announced a new partnership with Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) — a collection of boutique hotels that were once aligned with Hyatt instead. The initial rollout was quite slow, with just three properties added when the Hilton-SLH partnership went live in June.
But that number greatly expanded to more than 400 properties by early July 2024. And we just got a heads up from Hilton that a batch of properties was just added effective December 16, 2025, bringing the total number of properties to over 500 SLH properties worldwide.
Let's look at some of the new properties bookable and what your Hilton Honors points are worth on stays.
Hundreds of SLH Properties Bookable Online via Hilton
Hilton's map of SLH properties now looks much better than it did at the outset of this partnership. Small Luxury Hotels are located across the globe — as far north as the Hotel Ranga in Iceland and as far south as Eichardt's Private Hotel in New Zealand.
It's hard to deny that each property looks stunning. On balance, SLH is an excellent addition to the Hilton portfolio. We're glad the rollout is chugging right along.
New SLH additions to the Hilton portfolio in December 2025
The most recent batch of SLH properties was added to the Hilton portfolio in December 2025. Here's a snapshot of what was just added:
- Le Quartier Français (Franschhoek, South Africa): A romantic boutique retreat in the Cape Wineland that features top-tier dining and immersive wine experiences.
- Siringit Villa (Arusha, Tanzania): An ultra-private safari villa with sweeping views of Kilimanjaro and Meru.
- Hotel Palau Fugit (Girona, Spain): A restored 18th-century palace in Girona’s Old Quarter that features a modern design, a serene spa, and a rooftop aperitif ritual.
- Taru Villas Levita (Kandy, Sri Lanka): A hillside escape near Kandy offering refined interiors, personalized Sri Lankan cuisine, and panoramic views of the Central Highlands.
- The Retreat Costa Rica (Alajuela Province, Costa Rica): A mountaintop wellness sanctuary above the rainforest focused on yoga, holistic healing, and nature-driven rejuvenation.

Final Thoughts
The rollout of SLH properties into Hilton's portfolio is great news for Hilton Honors members. Over 500 Small Luxury Hotels properties have been added to the Hilton portfolio and are now bookable through Hilton channels. And some properties are well worth the redemption.
As the rollout nears completion, you might run into an issue where one specific property doesn't yet offer redemptions. In all likelihood, these hiccups should be resolved in the near future.
