Bilt's October 2025 Rent Day details just launched. The big offers this month include two redemption bonuses for Amazon and rent. Members can also get exclusive access to the “Leslie Jones: Live in 2025” in select cities. Plus, recurring promotions are back, offering opportunities to win free rent, earn double points, or enjoy exclusive neighborhood experiences, all on October 1, 2025.

Bilt Rent Day Promotion for October 2025
Up to 50% Amazon redemption bonus
All Bilt members will receive a redemption bonus when redeeming Bilt Points on an Amazon purchase on October 1, 2025. Members will need to link their Bilt and Amazon accounts and then use Bilt Points to pay for their purchase.
- Blue members get a 20% redemption bonus
- Silver members get a 30% redemption bonus
- Gold members get a 40% redemption bonus
- Platinum members get a 50% redemption bonus
This offer is valid up to $5,000. However, it is unclear whether this limit is before or after the bonus is applied.
Up to 75% rent redemption bonus
This Bilt Rewards Day, select members will get up to a 75% redemption bonus on a rent credit. The credit is available to use for a future rent payment or when paying or authorizing a payment.
Targeted members can claim this bonus between September 25 and October 1, 2025. We have no way of knowing which members were targeted or what the range of bonuses is.
Exclusive Leslie Jones: Live in 2025 tickets
Bilt is offering members exclusive tickets to the “Leslie Jones: Live in 2025” tour. Members can purchase up to four tickets for one of two concerts:
- Orlando at The Plaza Live in Milk District on Saturday, October 11 at 8 p.m.
- Columbus at KEMBA Live! in the Arena District on Friday, November 14 at 8 p.m.
Tickets go on sale at noon on Friday, September 26, for 3,500 Bilt Points or $50 per ticket. Gold and Platinum members get a 10-minute head start to purchase tickets. You must be at least 21 years old to attend these events. All ticket sales are final.
Bilt Rent Day Neighborhood Benefits
Complimentary stromboli at the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe
On October 1, Bilt members can claim a complimentary, signature stromboli at the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe. Scarpetta, an Italian restaurant with a coveted 3-star review from The New York Times, will offer the stromboli from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., or until it sells out. After Bilt Rent day, members can purchase the stromboli throughout October for $8 each.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood fitness experiences
For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt members can reserve one of 700 spots for SoulCycle classes at 54 participating locations. Bilt now has a nationwide partnership with Barry's Bootcamp, and members can now book a class at over 500 Barry’s Bootcamp locations. Only 10 spots are available per Barry's Bootcamp location.
Booking opens on Friday, September 26, at noon Eastern Time, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m.
Note: As of June 2025, all fitness class sales are final. That means you can no longer cancel your class without incurring a fee.
Rent Day Ride sweepstakes
In addition, one lucky SoulCycle Rent Day Ride participant will win a free month of rent valued at up to $2,500.
Members can also enter the free rent sweepstakes without booking a class. To do so, send your valid home address, name, and email address to rentdayride.giveaway@biltrewards.com.
If the winning member attends a SoulCycle class, they will be informed at the class. If they enter by email, they will be notified via social media (specifically Instagram). Prizes over $600 require members to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within seven days.
Bilt Neighborhood Comedy
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy experiences have become a Rent Day staple and continue to expand rapidly. Two types of comedy experiences are available.
Club experiences are standard comedy shows with two drinks included. Signature comedy experiences are premium comedy shows held at unique venues, complete with two drinks and light bites included. Comedy Club Experiences are $30-$40 per person or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points. Signature Comedy Experiences are $75 per person or 5,000 Bilt Points.
This month, 19 venues are available across 15 cities (four up from last month), including new cities in bold:

Members can book up to four seats for October shows. Tickets are available up to 11 a.m. on the day of each show, or until sold out. Each venue has individual dates for its shows. All sales are final.
Neighborhood Dining
Bilt’s exclusive dining experiences are returning on October 1. This month, 28 restaurants in 6 cities are available to book. Each venue offers a multi-course tasting menu of three or four courses. Bondi Sushi locations also offer special sake pairings and hand roll-making classes.

Members can book up to four tickets between 12:00 p.m. ET on September 26 and 5:00 p.m. ET on September 30. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking). All sales are final, and bookings close on September 30 at 5 p.m. ET.
Recurring Bilt Rent Day Promotions
Bilt “Rent Free” game show with 20 free rent winners
The “Rent Free” game show is back. Each month features a different celebrity host. This time, celebrity comedian and actor Leslie Jones will host the show. On October 1, 10 winners will have up to $2,500 of their rent covered by Bilt.
Starting Thursday, September 25, at noon Eastern Time, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by October 1 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.
The top 10 scorers will each receive a free month of rent, valued at up to $2,500. The next 100 players will earn 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 after that will receive 100 points.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X points.

Bilt double points earnings promotion
As usual, Bilt is offering double points earnings on Rent Day. On October 1, 2025, Bilt Mastercard holders will automatically earn 6X (instead of 3X) on dining, 4X (instead of 2X) on travel, and 2X (instead of 1X) on all other spending, excluding rent and tax payments.
Cardholders can earn up to 1,000 bonus points from Rent Day purchases. Also, remember you must make at least five purchases per statement period to earn any points with the Bilt Mastercard.

Rent Day Highlights the Value of the Bilt Mastercard
It's become increasingly apparent that Rent Day promotions like these make the Bilt Mastercard even more valuable. Along with a growing list of transfer partners, the card still lets you pay rent without convenience fees — and with no annual fee (Rates & Fees).
One thing to keep in mind is that you must make at least five purchases each statement period with your Bilt Mastercard to earn full rewards. If you do not meet that threshold, you will not earn bonus points on travel, dining, or other purchases, and you will only earn a flat 250 points on your rent payment, no matter how much you pay.
Even if you hit the five-purchase minimum, rent points are capped at 100,000 points per calendar year. For most people, making five purchases a month is an easy task, but it is an important requirement if you want to maximize your rewards.

- 1x points on rent payments without the transaction fee (up to 100,000 points each calendar year)

Our Take
The big promotion for this Bilt Rent Day is a redemption bonus of up to 50% on Amazon purchases, up to $5,000. To take advantage of this promotion, link your Bilt and Amazon accounts, and then make purchases using Bilt Points on October 1. Additionally, select members will get up to a 75% redemption bonus for a rent credit.
Other unique offers this month include a complimentary stromboli from the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe on October 1 and exclusive tickets to the “Leslie Jones: Live in 2025” tour. More venues and cities are available this month for comedy and dining experiences, and members can now book at over 500 Barry's Bootcamp locations nationwide.
All that said, Bilt continues to make the Bilt Rent Day a key event for cardholders to mark on their calendar. Whether you're aiming for a great redemption bonus, double points on purchases, a dining or comedy experience, or a chance to win a free month of rent, Bilt Rent Day shows that the Bilt Mastercard is one of the best cards to have in your wallet.
