Bilt Rent Day Promotion for July 2025: 100% Redemption Bonus with Gift Cards
This month's headline Bilt Rent Day promotion offers up to a 100% redemption bonus when using points for gift cards. The redemption amount depends on your Bilt Elite status. Blue members get a 25% bonus, and Platinum members get a 100% bonus. Over 125 gift cards are available through Bilt Rewards, including Macy's, Ulta, Instacart, Uber, Nordstrom, and Nordstrom Rack, among others.
This is a pretty massive offer, considering you can get up to double the value out of your points to use later through gift cards. Spend your points for future purchases with Amazon, Apple, Airbnb, eBay, Starbucks, Walmart, Best Buy, Uber Eats, and many more. If you're struggling to maximize your Bilt points otherwise, this is an excellent offer to get solid value from your points.
There is no stated limit on the number of points you can redeem or the number of gift cards you can purchase. The only limitation is that you must buy your cards on July 1.

Bilt Neighborhood Cafe perks
The Bilt Neighborhood Cafe opened earlier this year and has offered some nice benefits for Bilt Rent Day. In celebration of July 4th, the cafe is teaming up with American Bar to give members complimentary pigs in a blanket, while supplies last.
To claim your sandwich, attend the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe on Sunday, July 1, and scan your membership card. The cafe will also have live DJ music starting at 11 a.m.
American Bar's pigs in a blanket will be available for purchase throughout the rest of July.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood fitness experiences
For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt members can reserve one of 700 spots for SoulCycle classes or book a class at one of 10 Barry’s Bootcamp locations.
Booking opens on June 27 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m.
Note: As of June 2025, all fitness class sales are final. That means you can no longer cancel your class without incurring a fee.
Rent Day Ride sweepstakes
In addition, one lucky SoulCycle Rent Day Ride participant will win a free month of rent valued at up to $2,500.
Members can also enter the free rent sweepstakes without booking a class. To do so, send your valid home address, name, and email address to rentdayride.giveaway@biltrewards.com.
If the winning member attends a SoulCycle class, they will be informed at the class. If they enter by email, they will be notified via social media (specifically Instagram). Prizes over $600 require members to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within seven days.

Bilt’s exclusive dining experiences return this Rent Day, with tables available at more than 30 restaurants across 17 cities. New spots are added regularly, so it’s worth checking back each month. Current cities include the following:

Members can book up to four tickets between noon ET on June 27 and 5:00 p.m. ET on June 30. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout at most locations. Some venues also offer a special sake pairing. All sales are final, and bookings close on June 30 at 5 p.m. ET.
Bilt “Rent Free” game show with 20 free rent winners
The “Rent Free” game show is back, and the number of free rent winners is doubling to twenty this month! On July 1, 20 winners will receive a free month of rent, up to $2,500 per person. Starting June 26 at noon Eastern Time, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries).
Each month features a different celebrity host. This time, stand-up comedian and podcast host Andrew Schulz will host the show. Submit your answers in the Bilt app by July 1 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Then, come back at 4:00 p.m. to watch Andrew's episode and check your results.
The top 20 scorers will each receive a free month of rent, while the next 100 players will earn 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 after that will receive 100 points.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X points.

Bilt double points earnings promotion
As usual, Bilt is offering double points earnings on Rent Day. On July 1, 2025, Bilt Mastercard holders will automatically earn 6X (instead of 3X) on dining, 4X (instead of 2X) on travel, and 2X (instead of 1X) on all other spending, excluding rent.
Cardholders can earn up to 1,000 bonus points from Rent Day purchases. Also, remember you must make at least five purchases per statement period to earn any points with the Bilt Mastercard.

Rent Day Highlights the Value of the Bilt Mastercard
It's become increasingly apparent that Rent Day promotions like these make the Bilt Mastercard even more valuable. Along with a growing list of transfer partners, the card still lets you pay rent without convenience fees — and with no annual fee (Rates & Fees).
One thing to keep in mind is that you must make at least five purchases each statement period with your Bilt Mastercard to earn full rewards. If you do not meet that threshold, you will not earn bonus points on travel, dining, or other purchases, and you will only earn a flat 250 points on your rent payment, no matter how much you pay.
Even if you hit the five-purchase minimum, rent points are capped at 100,000 points per calendar year. For most people, making five purchases a month is an easy task, but it is an important requirement if you want to maximize your rewards.

- 1x points on rent payments without the transaction fee (up to 100,000 points each calendar year)

Our Take
This month's Bilt Rent Day headline promotion is a great opportunity to stack up on gift cards for future purchases. You could get cards for routine purchases through Amazon, eBay, or Walmart. On the other hand, stock up on Airbnb gift cards in preparation for your next trip.
If you've never played the Rent Free quiz before, you might want to do so on July 1. This month, Bilt is offering 20 winners (instead of the usual 10) a free month of rent, valued up to $2,500.
