It's often hard to find award availability to Europe in a premium cabin, let alone at a reasonable rate. If you're looking to fly business class, choosing the right credit card points to earn can make all the difference. By leveraging one of two international Chase transfer partners, you can book business class awards to Europe for as few as 60,000 points each way, plus no fuel surcharges!

These rates are far better than what you'll find through fellow Chase transfer partner United — which now prices business class awards to Europe at no fewer than 80,000 United MileagePlus miles.

Note that you may be able to get much cheaper award rates through Virgin Atlantic Flying Club. However, those awards often require paying hundreds of dollars in fees.

Let's show you which awards you can book for 60,000 Chase points and under $100 in taxes and fees — and which routes are available.

Business Class Awards to Europe From 60k Aeroplan Points

For now, the most reliable way to book cheap business class awards to Europe lies with Air Canada Aeroplan. Air Canada is a Star Alliance member, meaning you can use Aeroplan points to book award tickets alliance-wide on partners such as United Airlines, Lufthansa, and SWISS — plus dozens of other airlines.

Aeroplan currently uses a fixed distance-and-region-based award chart. Business class awards between North America and Europe currently start at just 60,000 points each way.

However, this sweet spot is on the clock. Aeroplan announced it's switching to dynamic award pricing for United awards on March 25, 2025. That's likely to spell the end of 60,000-point business class awards to Europe on United.

East Coast to Europe from 60k Aeroplan points

If you book an itinerary less than 4,000 miles of total distance, you can book transatlantic partner flights to Europe for a fixed 60,000 Aeroplan points.

Air Canada prices its flights dynamically with awards starting at 60,000 points — or sometimes even a wee bit less:

West Coast to Europe from 70k Aeroplan points

If you're looking to travel from airports in the western half of the U.S. — like Denver (DEN) or Los Angeles (LAX) — you can book a one-way business class award for 70,000 Aeroplan points. Generally, these routes cover over 4,000 miles, placing them in the next-highest Aeroplan distance band.

Save 10% on awards with the Aeroplan® Credit Card

This deal can get even better thanks to the standing 10% transfer bonus from Chase to Aeroplan for those holding the Aeroplan® Credit Card (Rates & Fees) and an Ultimate Rewards-earning card. Eligible cardholders who transfer at least 50,000 Ultimate Rewards points in one transfer will get a 10% bonus — up to a total of 25k bonus Aeroplan points.

By using the right two-card combo, you can unlock business class awards to Europe for just 55k Chase points — or 64k Chase points from the West Coast.

Business Class Awards to Europe From 60k Flying Blue Miles

Although not as cheap as before a recent devaluation, Flying Blue — the loyalty program of Air France and KLM — still offers some of the cheapest business-class awards to Europe. Business class awards now start at 60,000 miles each way. But unlike the Aeroplan sweet spot covered above, there are no geographic restrictions to this sweet spot!

So, in addition to being able to fly from New York to Frankfurt for 60,000 miles each way in business class…

You can also fly from Atlanta (ATL) all the way to Athens, Greece (ATH) for the same 60,000 miles each way:

This award pricing even covers flights to Northern Africa. For example, fly from Boston (BOS) to Casablanca, Morocco (CMN) for 60,000 miles each way in business class:

The catch: You will likely have to dig for 60,000-mile pricing, but it's out there. Your best bet to find availability is to queue up Seats.aero or the Flying Blue calendar.

Routes with availability and how to find saver space

Right now, we're seeing Star Alliance availability from several airports in the U.S. to Europe this year. The best availability we've seen is from United hubs like Chicago O'Hare (ORD), Newark (EWR), and Washington Dulles (IAD) to European destinations like London Heathrow (LHR), Brussels (BRU), and Munich (MUC) — but you may find it worthwhile to book a positioning flight to take advantage of open availability.

You can easily spot saver-level award availability by pulling up award availability on a tool such as Seats.Aero. Here's a shortcut to start your Flying Blue search or start here to find 60k Aeroplan awards. To see a full year of availability, you'll need to have a Seats.Aero Pro account.

Alternatively, you can use United's rudimentary award calendar. Look for 80k-mile pricing for saver-level awards on United and 88k-mile pricing for saver-level awards on partner airlines.
