Lady Gaga just announced her eighth tour, Mayhem Ball, and Citi cardholders can purchase presale tickets through the Citi Entertainment portal between March 31 and April 2, 2025. Here are the details of these tickets and how to snag some for yourself.
What Is Citi Entertainment?
Citi Entertainment is a platform to purchase tickets for concerts, sporting events, theater shows, dining experiences, and more. Unlike other platforms where you can earn points when booking experiences, cardholders earn ThankYou® Points relevant to the credit card used. All Citi credit cards, except for corporate cards, have access to Citi Entertainment.

Purchase Presale Lady Gaga Mayhem Ball Tickets Through Citi Entertainment
Along with Verizon, Citi Entertainment is offering unique presale tickets for the newly announced Mayhem Ball tour from Lady Gaga. Academy Award Winner Lady Gaga just received her 14th Grammy, and released her sixth studio album, Mayhem, on March 7, which the Mayhem Ball tour is based on. Tickets are expected to sell out quickly, so this is a chance to secure your ticket early.

General presale tickets will become available to the general public on April 2 at noon PT, and then official tickets will be available on April 3 at noon PT. However, Citi Entertainment is offering cardholders the chance to secure tickets three days sooner. The booking window for these presale tickets lasts from March 31 at noon PT through April 2 at 11 a.m. PT. The following eleven shows are available for presale tickets:
- T-Mobile Arena – Las Vegas, NV, on July 16 and 18
- Climate Pledge Arena – Seattle, WA, on August 6 and 7
- Madison Square Garden – New York, NY, on August 22, 23, and 26
- Kaseya Center – Miami, FL, on August 31 and September 1
- United Center – Chicago, IL, on September 15 and 17
