Qatar Airways Qsuites are often regarded as one of the best international business class products. What's not to like about enclosed suites, meals on demand, and top-notch service? But with that reputation comes high demand, and finding award space can be a bit of a challenge.
To make the award search process easier, Qatar Airways has introduced a calendar view that shows Privilege Club members when Qsuite award space is available. This new tool can save a lot of time compared to checking dates one at a time. However, it is not perfect, and there are still a few limitations and quirks to be aware of.
Here's what you need to know about how it works.
Qatar Airways Launches New Award Calendar
Despite a few quirks that we will walk through, Qatar's new award calendar is straightforward and easy to use. You can access it here. Once you're logged in, you can enter your departure and arrival cities, travel month, number of passengers, and cabin class.
For example, a search from Atlanta to Doha in January 2026 shows several business class dates available on Qatar-operated flights.
You can then toggle between months. After selecting a specific date and clicking “Show flights,” you may see a message saying you do not have enough miles. Even so, you can still continue to view the award price and flight details.
The calendar also works for connecting flights. For instance, adding a connection to the Maldives (MLE) narrows down the available dates from Atlanta.

Limitations of the New Qatar Airways Award Calendar
While the new calendar view can make it easier to find award space, it does come with some limitations. First, we have seen dates that appear available in the calendar view but return an error when selected. That kind of inconsistency can be frustrating.
More importantly, the calendar does not distinguish between different award pricing. Qatar offers Saver awards — which are the lowest and most valuable redemptions. However, it also offers Flexi fares that cost significantly more.
For example, two dates from Chicago to Doha may both show availability, but one is priced at 70,000 Avios…
…while the other is a Flexi fare that costs 140,000 Avios. That's a big difference!
Since the calendar does not show pricing differences upfront, you will need to click through each date to check the cost, which adds extra steps and complexity to the process.

Bottom Line
The addition of a calendar view to Qatar Airways’ website is a big deal for travelers with flexible dates who want to check out Qatar Airways' best seats. This tool makes the process much easier than searching one day at a time or relying on a paid award search tool.
That said, Qatar still has a few bugs to sort out. If the calendar eventually shows award pricing upfront without requiring extra clicks, it will be even more useful. Until then, you can work with it as is or turn to Seats.aero’s Qsuite finder to help locate available seats with ease.
