Earn 20,000 AAdvantage Miles by Switching to AT&T Wireless
Do you want 20,000 bonus AAdvantage miles? Well, all you have to do is switch to AT&T. If you feel like this is a random promotion, remember that AT&T provides American Airlines' free high-speed in-flight Wi-Fi that's currently in the process of rolling out.
However, if you want some bonus miles, it's not as simple as buying a SIM card. Here's what you'll need to do to qualify:
- Switch your wireless line from another carrier to AT&T.
- Activate a smartphone on your AT&T postpaid voice and data plan. You can either buy a new phone through AT&T or bring your own device.
- Complete the AT&T redemption form using your AAdvantage number within 14 days of activating your new line.
- Keep your AT&T service active and in good standing for at least 60 days from activation.
It really is as simple as that. If you were already considering switching from Verizon or another carrier to AT&T, this might be the push you need to make it happen. AwardWallet users redeem AAdvantage miles for 2.56¢ apiece on average, making this offer worth roughly $512. There isn't an advertised end date, but if you want bonus miles, it's always best to jump on a promotion as soon as possible.
