Fiesta Rewards / Posadas is the worst!! If I can give a negative rating, I would. They hard sell you into buying/signing up for what they call "FAVC ACCESS" account. It sounds like a great deal - pay x amount monthly for 5 years to use their service to book any hotels in the Fiesta family of hotels, as well as hotels in Mexico, U.S. or anywhere internationally, at discounted prices. The sales agent easily shows you how cheap the prices are using their platform/service, even for last minute bookings. However, when you try to book/search yourself, you cannot find the same deals. You can find cheaper packages using another travel platform/app. My friend and I stayed at Live Aqua last October and booked via Fiesta Rewards. We thought we got a great deal. It turns out, after speaking with numerous other guests during the time we were there, they paid for the same hotel room for the same week at a price hundreds of dollars cheaper than we did. The sales package also includes a 2 for 1 airline incentive but we couldn't use it. We found cheaper airfares on our own. Yes, the price of 2 tickets was cheaper than their 1. We contacted Fiesta Rewards / Posadas and requested to terminate our account. However, they refused citing a signed contract. They offered absolutely no assistance in offering a favorable resolution. The "resolution" they offered only benefited them. They offered to decrease the number of years but increased the monthly payment, which after doing the math, is the same total amount. Our repeated requests to speak with their senior management were ignored. We kept emailing for months and to date, no response received. We did not want to speak with anyone over the phone because it will be a case of he said/she said. Stay away from Fiesta Rewards / Posadas! DO NOT do business with them! They obviously do not believe in customer service, and you will be ignored unless they're taking monies from you.
