2026 is shaping up to be a big year for Bilt. On January 14, Bilt launched three new credit cards in partnership with Cardless. As part of this launch, Bilt has phased out the old Milestone Rewards and ushered in a new era: Bilt Cash. Cardholders and members alike have the opportunity to earn Bilt Cash, which can be used at a variety of merchants. Bilt just released the timeline and redemption options for Bilt Cash.
Here's what you need to know.
What Is Bilt Cash?
Like many other rewards programs, Bilt Rewards offers incentives to keep members engaged and spending money on linked cards. Previously, those incentives came in the form of Milestone Rewards, which let you choose a benefit for every 25,000 Bilt Points you earn.
Even though Milestone Rewards only launched in February 2024, it’s already time for something new. Now, Bilt Cash has replaced Milestone Rewards as the new way to earn extra rewards on your program engagement. And beginning February 1, 2026, you will be able to start redeeming your Bilt Cash.

How to earn Bilt Cash
For every 25,000 Bilt Points you earn, you’ll receive $50 in Bilt Cash automatically deposited into your account. In addition, cardholders of any of the three new Bilt cards will earn 4% Bilt Cash on all everyday purchases, excluding rent and mortgage payments, but in addition to any Bilt Rewards points earned.
The $0 annual fee Bilt Blue Card, $95 annual fee Bilt Obsidian Card, and $495 annual fee Bilt Palladium Card all have the same earning rate when it comes to Bilt Cash.

- Up to 1X points on rent and mortgage payments
- 1X points + 4% back in Bilt Cash on everyday purchases

- Up to 1X points on rent and mortgage payments
- 1X points + 4% back in Bilt Cash on everyday purchases
- 3X points on your choice of grocery (up to $25K/year) or dining. Your 3X category choice remains in effect for the entire calendar year.

How to redeem Bilt Cash
Bilt Cash exists alongside Bilt Points but serves a different purpose. You can use it on dollar-for-dollar monthly credits, premium experiences, and enhanced rewards across the Bilt ecosystem. Redemption options range from dining and travel to health and entertainment.
Here's a look at a few ways you can use your Bilt Cash starting February 1, 2026, unless otherwise stated:
- $10 credit each month for restaurant and grocery delivery fulfilled by GrubHub (available 3/1/26)
- $25 credit each month toward meals at select Bilt partner restaurants via Mobile Dining Checkout
- $50 per month on exclusive Bilt dining experiences (available 3/1/26)
- $10 monthly Lyft ride credit
- $40 monthly credit for one group fitness class
- $10 monthly Walgreens credit
If you are a cardholder, you have even more ways to redeem Bilt Cash. You can use your Bilt Cash to enable a point accelerator on everyday spend, so you'll earn 1 additional point for the next $5,000 spent. However, this is exclusively available to cardholders of the Bilt Obsidian Card and Bilt Palladium Card. It costs $200 Bilt Cash, so make sure you'll earn as much as possible if you choose this option.
Cardholders can also unlock points on monthly rent and mortgage payments — every $30 of Bilt Cash will earn 1,000 points, up to your monthly rent or mortgage payment.

Bottom Line
You will be able to start redeeming your Bilt Cash on February 1, 2026. Cardholders will earn 4% Bilt Cash on everyday purchases (excluding rent and mortgage payments), and all members will receive $50 in Bilt Cash for every 25,000 Bilt Points they earn.
The redemption methods, so far, seem a little lackluster and unnecessarily difficult. Most people don't want another monthly or annual credit to keep track of, but it is nice to have an option to personalize your benefits. Overall, it's a decent bonus if you earn it naturally through your usual activity, but it's not something worth chasing on its own.
