Move over, American Express. Bilt has just announced a new partnership with Equinox, giving Bilt members even more ways to use Bilt Cash and take advantage of Bilt Neighborhood benefits. While only the American Express Platinum Card® has access to a $300 annual Equinox credit, all Bilt members can take advantage of this new partnership.
Here's everything to know about the Bilt and Equinox partnership, including how to win a month of free rent and fully covered Equinox membership dues.
Details of the New Bilt and Equinox Partnership
The new partnership between Bilt and Equinox will give members of both programs access to exclusive benefits. Bilt members can upgrade their Equinox membership directly in the Bilt app, and you'll be able to redeem Bilt Cash for Equinox credits toward experiences like spa services, Studio Pilates, and personal training sessions.
Note: Bilt Cash expires at the end of each calendar year. Up to $100 of Bilt Cash earned rolls over to the next year.
You'll also be able to browse Equinox class schedules, explore club amenities, and book spa services through the Bilt Neighborhood Concierge.
As a Bilt member joining Equinox via the Bilt app, the Bilt Neighborhood Concierge, or directly at an Equinox club, you'll be able to take advantage of three welcome offers:
- 10,000 Bilt Points
- A complimentary personal training session
- A complimentary 50-minute spa service
Equinox memberships can vary substantially by club, but are generally several hundred dollars per month. For instance, the Equinox Hudson Yards in New York City runs $430 per month, plus a $500 initiation fee and comes with a 12-month commitment. Interestingly, it doesn't appear that you can use Bilt Cash to offset the Equinox membership fee — only additional Equinox experiences.
If you're using a Bilt card to pay for your membership, we'd recommend using the Bilt Palladium Card (Rates & Fees). You'll earn 2X points on everyday spend, and you can choose to earn 4% back in Bilt Cash, which you can use for future Equinox experiences.

Bilt for the Committed campaign
To celebrate the new partnership between Bilt and Equinox, Bilt has launched the Bilt for the Committed campaign, where Bilt members can enter for a chance to win special prizes.
With each club check-in, members can earn an entry for a chance to win one month of free rent and one month of fully covered Equinox membership dues. Another 10 winners will receive their choice of a complimentary 50-minute spa service or personal training session.
You can check in once per day, and winners will be announced on the first of each month through October 1, 2026. You may want to adjust your gym schedule to check in more frequently than usual over the next couple of months.
