Bilt Rent Day Hilton Honors Transfer Bonus for July 2026
On July 1, Bilt members can secure up to a 200% transfer bonus to Hilton Honors.
Bilt points typically transfer to Hilton Honors at a 1:1 ratio. On July 1, Bilt members will receive up to a 175% transfer bonus, depending on their elite status — or up to 200% with Platinum status plus an upgrade:
- 75% bonus for Blue members (4:7 ratio)
- 100% bonus for Silver members (1:2 ratio)
- 150% bonus for Gold members (2:5 ratio)
- 175% bonus for Platinum members (4:11 ratio)
Increase your transfer bonus using Bilt Cash
Want to unlock a better transfer ratio? You can use your Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade your status. It costs $150 Bilt Cash to upgrade one tier. Blue can buy up to Silver, Silver can buy up to Gold, and Gold can buy up to Platinum.
If you're a Platinum member, you can use your Bilt Cash to upgrade to a 200% Hilton Honors transfer bonus. That's a 1:3 ratio, meaning you would get 3,000 Hilton Honors points for every 1,000 Bilt Points transferred.
Members cannot increase by more than one status tier. The elevated status tier does not apply after July 1, as the transfer bonus is available only on that day. If you try to make a transfer before the 1st, you will receive a warning advising you to wait a few days.
Note: Bilt Cash expires at the end of each calendar year. Up to $100 of Bilt Cash earned rolls over to the next year.
Is it worth transferring Bilt points to Hilton Honors?
Hilton Honors isn't Bilt's most valuable transfer partner, but this transfer bonus can certainly improve the value.
For reference, Hilton charges between 5,000 and 95,000 points per night for a standard room. To get an idea of how far this transfer bonus could take you, consider that a room at the Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort typically runs for about 80,000 points per night. Here's how many Bilt points you'd need to transfer to complete the redemption:
- Blue: 46k Bilt points
- Silver: 40k Bilt points
- Gold: 32k Bilt points
- Platinum: 30k Bilt points
- Platinum + boost: 27k Bilt points
Redeeming 27,000 Bilt Points per night for a 5-star resort in Mexico isn't terrible. Consider that AwardWallet users have redeemed Bilt Points at an average of 2.07¢ each. Meanwhile, users typically redeem Hilton Honors points for 0.62¢ apiece. Make sure to do the math to make sure the transfer makes sense, even with the transfer bonus.
Note that you're limited to transferring 100,000 base Bilt Points in total during Rent Day.

Gift Card Redemption Bonus
In addition to a Hilton Honors transfer bonus, you can get a bonus whenever you redeem your Bilt Points for gift cards on July 1:
- Blue: 25% bonus
- Silver: 50% bonus
- Gold: 75% bonus
- Platinum: 100% bonus
The bonus period lasts from July 1 at 12:00 a.m ET to July 2 at 3:00 a.m. ET and applies to all gift cards available through Bilt. That said, redeeming Bilt Points for gift cards typically yields a value of about 0.7 cents per point, so even with the bonus, we don't recommend this option.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy Experiences
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy and Dining Experiences have become a Rent Day staple. This month, you can access exclusive comedy experiences at 17 venues across 12 cities:

Two types of comedy experiences are available this month. Comedy Club Experiences are standard comedy shows with two drinks included at most venues, and tickets are $30 to $40 per person or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points. Bespoke Comedy Experiences are premium shows held at unique venues, complete with two drinks and light bites included. These tickets are $75 per person or 5,000 Bilt Points. Each venue has individual dates for its shows.

Tickets can be booked starting at 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, June 26. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time. Booking closes at 3:00 p.m. ET on the day of each show or when sold out. You can purchase up to four tickets per member. All experiences are final sale. You can now use up to $50 in Bilt Cash to apply towards one comedy experience, with the remaining cost to be paid in cash.

Bilt Neighborhood Dining Experiences
On July 1, in addition to great comedy experiences, Bilt offers an extensive list of exclusive dining experiences.
Dining experience venues offer a multi-course tasting menu of three to four courses, or an omakase. Tickets range from $40 to $75, depending on the menu, and are redeemable with 2,500 to 5,000 Bilt Points. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout for $20 to $46 (1,500 to 3,000 Bilt Points) at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking). Members can also use up to $50 in Bilt Cash toward one dining experience, with the remainder paid in cash.

Rent Day Dining takes place on Wednesday, July 1. You can purchase up to four seats per member per booking. Booking opens at 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, June 26. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. ET.
Booking closes on Tuesday, June 30, at 5:00 p.m. ET for all dining experiences. Members can purchase all experiences this month with no limit, but all sales are final.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood Fitness Experiences
Once again, Bilt members can reserve one of 875 spots for SoulCycle classes at participating locations on Bilt Rent Day. Available bike quantities vary by location. Bilt also has a nationwide partnership with Barry's Bootcamp, offering 580 class slots at participating locations. Members can also receive exclusive add-ons with both fitness partners.
Booking opens on Friday, June 26, at 12:00 p.m. ET, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m. Booking closes on Tuesday, June 30, at 7:00 p.m. ET.
Note: All fitness class sales are final. You cannot cancel your class to get a refund.
In addition, every fitness class booked through Bilt between June 24 and July 2 will earn 10X total Bilt Points per $1 spent. This offer is valid from Thursday, June 25, at 9:00 a.m. ET to Thursday, July 2, at 3:00 a.m. ET.
Complimentary items from the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe Rent Day Food Truck
Bilt recently moved its headquarters to the Meatpacking District in New York City. On Wednesday, July 1, you can visit 837 Washington Street for a complimentary frozen Greek yogurt from Go Greek Yogurt. Members will receive a choice of two frozen yogurt options with 5–6 toppings.
Although technically available between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., you'll want to go early. Complimentary items are available while supplies last, and are only available to Bilt members.
Bilt “Rent Free” Game Show: Win up to a Free Month of Rent
The “Rent Free” game show continues to feature one megastar after another. This month, Diplo is hosting. He will also play along, and the better he does, the more members win free rent.
On July 1, the top ten scorers will receive a month of rent, up to $2,500, with an additional rent winner added for every correct answer Diplo gets. The next 100 best scorers will receive 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 players will earn 100 Bilt Points.
Starting Thursday, June 25, at noon ET, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by Wednesday, July 1, at 3:00 p.m. ET. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X Points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X Points.
Diplo's Run Club
Diplo's Run Club is a collection of 5K races throughout the country, followed by a mini music festival headlined by Diplo. As a Bilt member, you'll get exclusive access to tickets across seven cities before they sell out.
You can purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis for $75 to $100 (redeemable with 5,000 to 6,500 Bilt Points). You can also redeem Bilt Cash. Once you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Bilt within 72 hours with instructions for completing your registration with Diplo's Run Club.
