Bilt Rent Day TAP Miles&Go Transfer Bonus for June 2026

TAP became a Bilt transfer partner in October 2024, yet Bilt hasn't offered a transfer bonus for TAP Miles&Go miles…until now. On June 1, Bilt members can secure up to a 125% transfer bonus to TAP Miles&Go miles.

Bilt points typically transfer to TAP miles at a 1:1 ratio. On June 1, Bilt members will receive up to a 100% transfer bonus, depending on their elite status — or up to 125% with Platinum status plus an upgrade:

  • 25% bonus for Blue members (4:5 ratio)
  • 50% bonus for Silver members (2:3 ratio)
  • 75% bonus for Gold members (4:7 ratio)
  • 100% bonus for Platinum members (1:2 ratio)

Increase your transfer bonus using Bilt Cash

Note: Bilt Cash expires at the end of each calendar year. Up to $100 of Bilt Cash earned rolls over to the next year.

Want to unlock a better transfer ratio? You can use your Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade your status. It costs $150 Bilt Cash to upgrade one tier. Blue can buy up to Silver, Silver can buy up to Gold, and Gold can buy up to Platinum.

If you're a Platinum member, you can use your Bilt Cash to upgrade to a 125% TAP Miles&Go transfer bonus. That's a 4:9 ratio, meaning you would get 9,000 TAP Miles&Go miles for every 4,000 Bilt Points transferred.

Members cannot increase by more than one status tier. The elevated status tier does not apply after June 1, as the transfer bonus is available only on that day. If you try to make a transfer before the 1st, you will receive a warning advising you to wait a few days.

Is it worth transferring Bilt points to TAP Portugal?

TAP Portugal isn't Bilt's most valuable transfer partner. But this transfer bonus can certainly improve the value. For reference, TAP charges as few as 29,000 miles for economy or 100,000 miles for business class between the U.S. and Portugal (with very reasonable taxes and fees):

TAP Portugal award search results from Chicago to Lisbon

Applying this Bilt transfer bonus, you'd need to transfer the following amounts to have enough TAP miles to book a one-way business class award:

  • Blue: 80k Bilt points
  • Silver: 67k Bilt points
  • Gold: 58k Bilt points
  • Platinum: 50k Bilt points
  • Platinum + boost: 45k Bilt points

Consider that AwardWallet users have redeemed Bilt Points at an average of 2.07¢ each. You should compare this to your valuation of TAP miles before making a transfer.

Note that you're limited to transferring 100,000 base Bilt Points in total during Rent Day.

Bilt “Rent Free” Game Show: Win up to a Free Month of Rent

The “Rent Free” game show continues to feature one megastar after another. This month, Madonna is hosting! She will also play along, and the better she does, the more members win free rent.

On June 1, the top ten scorers will receive a month of rent, up to $2,500, with an additional rent winner added for every correct answer Madonna gets, up to 19 possible winners. The next 100 best scorers will receive 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 players will earn 100 Bilt Points.

Starting Wednesday, May 27, at noon ET, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by Monday, June 1, at 3:00 p.m. ET. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.

There are three ways you can score during the game:

  • Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
  • Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X Points.
  • If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X Points.

LOL, pay $150 to eat pizza with Dave Portnoy? i dont think so.

Would love to see the Hyatt Globalist challenge come back!

  • STEPHEN says:

Fine print on Thanksgiving 3X bonus on everyday spending BEFORE rent day: “The maximum amount you can earn under this promotion is 1,000, regardless of how much you purchase”. BILT’s imposition of a cap on Rent Day bonuses has crimped my original plans for getting this card, since I get a higher dining bonus on AX Gold, and own my home no mortgage. Always wanted a black card and AX Centurion way too expensive, but WF Autograph Journey looking more and more appealing for my WF card.

  • Michael Thompson says:

Your assumption of the higher the status, the better redemption, is a bad assumption. It appears to be either completely random or targets those with very few points to get the 100% bonus. Basically screwing over the most loyal.

  • Carl says:

The Grocery 2X is a max of $500 spend, not $250. This is specified in the promo T&Cs.

    • JT Genter says:

Thanks for flagging that. That was a misread of the materials we were provided by Bilt. The article has been corrected now.

  • STEPHEN says:

“Alaska Mileage Plan transfer bonus” for BILT Rent Day.. Ouch, for those of us who maximized the last chance to transfer points to American Airlines before that partnership ended – yesterday.

  • STEPHEN says:

Wells Fargo pestered me twice to use another card or else it would be closed – so I applied for BILT card instead – and then closed the other card. I own instead of rent, so Rent Day plus a few dines at BILT Dining restaurant partners will be my go to for BILT points and keeping Wells Fargo from bugging me to use. So now I finally have a travel rewards credit card with American Airlines (who along with JetBlue generally has the best fares to where I usually travel from Houston) as a transfer partner. With my Amex, Chase, BMO, and now BILT cards means I now can transfer points to every major USA airline (and more international choices with my Capital One) Tho, I like BILT’s overall philosophy of exciting promotions in a different vein from the other cards.

  • Josh says:

I’m curious to know the payout breakdown, but either way, I’ll happily grab my 25-50 extra Bilt points. Just got another 100 last night by linking another frequent flier program.

When will paying HOA fees earn BILT points? Rent and HOA fees are similar.

  • Ed says:

Interesting promos. Have to look into this card.

  • KareK says:

I think the United promo is smart of bilt. I know I am intrigued! I just am not planning on flying UA anytime soon so I am debating whether or not to try this promo.

  • Fenspinbi says:

This is a no-brainer card, and I’ve already earned nearly 20,000 points since getting the card at launch in April. It’s the perfect complement for my ABC points strategy (Amex/Bilt/Chase), and it also rounds out my card networks respectively for international purchases (Amex/Mastercard/Visa).
