This month's Bilt Rent Day on August 1 features a status match to ALL Accor. Here’s how to get the most out of the Bilt Rewards Rent Day in August. There's a lot on offer during Bilt Rent Day — and some of these offers are kicking off before August 1.

Bilt Rent Day ALL Accor Status Match for August 2026
Bilt is mixing things up in August. Normally, members can take advantage of a transfer bonus to select partner programs. For instance, for July's Rent Day, Bilt offered a transfer bonus of up to 200% to Hilton Honors.
However, on August 1, Bilt members can unlock a status match to ALL Accor by transferring Bilt Points to ALL Accor Reward points. The status you can match to depends on your current level of Bilt elite status:
- Blue: Match to Silver status
- Silver: Match to Silver status
- Gold: Match to Gold status
- Platinum: Match to Platinum status
For Silver and Gold members, you'll need to transfer 5,000 Bilt Points to initiate the match. You'll receive an email with a link within 24 to 48 hours after the transfer to complete a form on the ALL website. Your status will be valid for 12 months from activation.
For Platinum members, you will need to transfer 15,000 Bilt Points to match. Your status will then be updated within five business days. Status stays valid through December 31, 2027.
Depending on the level, status with ALL Accor includes VIP perks like early check-in and late check-out, room upgrades, lounge access, welcome drinks, and more.
Normally, you can unlock better transfer ratios by using Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade your status by one tier. However, this isn't an option in August. You can't use Bilt Cash to unlock a higher tier of status match — you can only match based on your current tier.
Note: Bilt Cash expires at the end of each calendar year. Up to $100 of Bilt Cash earned rolls over to the next year.
Is the ALL Accor status match worth it?
ALL Accor isn't Bilt's most popular hotel partner, but this status match can certainly be worthwhile under the proper circumstances. For context, AwardWallet users typically redeem Bilt Points at an average of 2.1¢ each. Meanwhile, ALL Accor points offer a fixed redemption value — 1,000 points are worth 20€ off your stay. In other words, you'll get a value of approximately 2.27¢ USD apiece.
That means you won't lose value from your Bilt Points by transferring 5,000 or 15,000 points to initiate the status match. Plus, you'll receive the following benefits:
- Accor Silver: Enjoy a welcome drink, priority welcome, and late check-out. Earn 24% bonus points on stays.
- Accor Gold: Guaranteed room availability, room upgrade, and early check-in OR late check-out.
- Accor Platinum: Suite Night upgrades, lounge access, and early check-in AND late check-out.
Note that you cannot match to top-tier Accor Diamond, which comes with the best perks, including complimentary breakfast, dining and spa rewards, and the ability to gift Gold status.
Obviously, a status match is only worthwhile if you plan to stay at an Accor property. If Accor isn't your go-to brand, there probably isn't any reason to earn elite status.

Bilt Rent Day Neighborhood Benefits
Bilt Neighborhood Comedy Experiences
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy and Dining Experiences have become a Rent Day staple. This month, you can access exclusive comedy experiences at 18 venues across 12 cities:

Two types of comedy experiences are available this month. Comedy Club Experiences are standard comedy shows with two drinks included at most venues, and tickets are $30 to $40 per person or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points. Bespoke Comedy Experiences are premium shows held at unique venues, complete with two drinks and light bites included. These tickets are $75 per person or 5,000 Bilt Points. Each venue has individual dates for its shows.
This month, the Bespoke venues include:

- Skewr and Wilson Flagship Store — New York City, NY
- My Girl — Boston, MA

Tickets can be booked starting at 12:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 28. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time. Booking closes at 3:00 p.m. ET on the day of each show or when sold out. You can purchase up to four tickets per member. All experiences are final sale. You can now use up to $50 in Bilt Cash to apply towards one comedy experience, with the remaining cost to be paid in cash.

Bilt Neighborhood Dining Experiences
On August 1, in addition to great comedy experiences, Bilt offers an extensive list of exclusive dining experiences.
Dining experience venues offer a multi-course tasting menu of three to four courses, or an omakase. Tickets range from $40 to $75, depending on the menu, and are redeemable with 2,500 to 5,000 Bilt Points. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout for $20 to $46 (1,500 to 3,000 Bilt Points) at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking). Members can also use up to $50 in Bilt Cash toward one dining experience, with the remainder paid in cash.

Rent Day Dining takes place on Saturday, August 1. You can purchase up to four seats per member per booking. Booking opens at 12:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 28. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. ET.
Booking closes on Friday, July 31, at 5:00 p.m. ET for all dining experiences. Members can purchase all experiences this month with no limit, but all sales are final.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood Fitness Experiences
Once again, Bilt members can reserve one of 875 spots for SoulCycle classes at participating locations on Bilt Rent Day. Available bike quantities vary by location. Bilt also has a nationwide partnership with Barry's Bootcamp, offering 580 class slots at participating locations. Members can also receive exclusive add-ons with both fitness partners.
Booking opens on Tuesday, July 28, at 12:00 p.m. ET, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m. Booking closes on Friday, July 31, at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Complimentary items from the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe Rent Day Food Truck
Bilt recently moved its headquarters to the Meatpacking District in New York City. On Saturday, August 1, you can visit 837 Washington Street for complimentary meatballs and roasted beets from Rosemary's. Members will receive meatballs or roasted beets with focaccia, whipped ricotta, and tomato sugo with a Rosemary's Limonata drink pairing.
Although technically available between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., you'll want to go early. Complimentary items are available while supplies last and are only available to Bilt members.
Bilt “Rent Free” Game Show: Win up to a Free Month of Rent
The “Rent Free” game show continues to feature one megastar after another. This month, Odell Beckham Jr. is hosting. He will also play along, and the better he does, the more members win free rent.
On August 1, the top ten scorers will receive a month of rent, up to $2,500, with an additional rent winner added for every correct answer Odell Beckham Jr. gets. The next 100 best scorers will receive 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 players will earn 100 Bilt Points.
Starting Monday, July 27, at noon ET, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by Saturday, August 1, at 3:00 p.m. ET. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X Points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X Points.
VIP Access: Game and Meet & Greet with Odell Beckham Jr.
In addition to hosting Rent Day, Odell Beckham Jr. is giving Bilt members exclusive access to an unforgettable experience. You can book pre-season suite tickets plus a meet-and-greet with Odell for $200 or 13,500 Bilt Points. Food and beverages are included in the suite.
The pre-season game is against the Minnesota Vikings and will take place on August 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. ET at MetLife Stadium. There's a capacity for just 50 members, so you'll want to act fast if you are interested.
Booking opens on Tuesday, July 28 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Platinum and Gold members get access 10 minutes early at 11:50 a.m. ET.

Bilt and Odell Beckham Jr. created a football exclusively for Bilt members. Starting Monday, July 27, at 9:00 A.M. ET, you can buy this collector's item. However, it's only available in limited quantities, so be sure to buy your football as soon as possible if interested.
You'll earn 5X points on purchases during Rent Week (Monday, July 27 – Sunday, August 2 at 3:00 AM ET). The collectible costs $150, and you can purchase using Shop with Bilt Points, Bilt Cash credits, or any linked card in the Bilt app.
