Marriott Homes & Villas just launched a new promotion to make upcoming vacation-rental stays more rewarding. And unlike past promotions, it didn't wait for its ongoing promotion to end first.
The newest offer lets Marriott Bonvoy members earn double Elite Night Credits on qualifying stays — potentially providing a useful boost toward Marriott Bonvoy elite status before the end of the year. Better yet, members staying over Thanksgiving can earn double points in addition to double Elite Night Credits.
Meanwhile, another ongoing promotion offers 2,000 bonus points per night, up to 10,000 bonus points per stay.

Current Marriott Homes & Villas Promotions
Earn double Elite Night Credits — plus double points over Thanksgiving
Marriott Homes & Villas' newest promotion gives members a chance to earn double Elite Night Credits on qualifying home rental stays.
Even better, eligible nights during Thanksgiving week — November 21–30, 2026 — earn both double Elite Night Credits and double Marriott Bonvoy points.
Here are the key details:
- Booking and registration window: September 1–30, 2026
- Stay window: September 3–December 15, 2026
- Minimum stay: 2 consecutive nights
- Minimum spend: $1,750 in qualifying charges per stay
- Registration required: Yes
With this promotion, members earn one bonus Elite Night Credit for each eligible paid night. The minimum stay is just two nights, but the massive $1,750 spending requirement is likely going to be the biggest limiting factor — especially when you note that the spending requirement excludes taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services.
There's an additional perk for Thanksgiving travel. Eligible nights stayed between November 21 and 30, 2026 earn double points on qualifying spend in addition to double Elite Night Credits. If only part of your stay falls within that window, the double-points bonus applies only to the eligible nights during those dates.
Award stays — including bookings where you redeem points for only part of the stay — don't qualify.
Standard Elite Night Credits and points should post within 72 hours after an eligible stay. However, Marriott says the bonus Elite Night Credits won't post before December 15, 2026 and are expected to appear between December 15 and December 31. Those credits will count toward the elite status year in which they're posted.
Earn 2,000 bonus points per night — up to 10,000 points per stay
With another current Marriott Homes & Villas promotion, members who register can earn 2,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points per eligible night, up to 10,000 bonus points per stay.
Here are the key details:
- Booking window: August 21 through October 1, 2026
- Stay window: August 21 through December 31, 2026
- Minimum stay: Two consecutive nights
- Minimum spend: $1,500 in qualifying charges per stay
- Registration required: Yes
The bonus increases with the length of your stay:
- Two nights: 4,000 bonus points
- Three nights: 6,000 bonus points
- Four nights: 8,000 bonus points
- Five or more nights: 10,000 bonus points
The $1,500 minimum spend applies to qualifying charges only. Taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, and extra add-on services don't count toward that requirement.
Points redemption stays aren't eligible, including stays where you redeem points for only part of the booking. You'll also need to add your Marriott Bonvoy membership number when booking to receive the bonus.
Bonus points should post within 72 hours after completing an eligible stay.

The bonus points from this promotion come on top of the Marriott Bonvoy points you'd otherwise earn from an eligible Homes & Villas stay. Members generally earn up to 14.75X points per $1 spent.

This Marriott Homes & Villas promotion offered 10,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points on stays of two nights or more at participating properties in Colorado, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
Registration wasn't required, but members needed to spend at least $1,500 and book by June 20, 2026. Eligible stays must be completed by September 14, 2026.
Earn double points on 4+ night stays worldwide
With this promotion, Marriott Bonvoy members could register to earn double base points on global stays of four nights or more. The booking deadline was February 1, 2026, but stays can still be completed through September 30, 2026.
Save 10% on select home rentals
Marriott Homes & Villas offered 10% off select home rentals worldwide. Members needed to book a stay of at least two nights by August 20, 2026, and must complete their stay by November 30, 2026.
Registration wasn't required, and the discount applied to paid, points, and Cash + Points bookings. Blackout dates apply September 4–7 and November 25–29, 2026.
Triple points in the Caribbean and Latin America
Marriott Homes & Villas offered triple points on stays of five or more nights in the Caribbean and Latin America. Members needed to book by June 26, 2026, for stays completed by December 31, 2026. Only base points are tripled, meaning members earn 15X Marriott Bonvoy points per $1 spent on qualifying stays.

Marriott Bonvoy members could earn 40,000 bonus points on stays of two or more nights through January 3, 2027. Members needed to register, book by May 22, 2026, and spend at least $2,000 on the stay to qualify.
Our Take
Marriott Homes & Villas is currently offering two very different promotions. Which one is more valuable depends on what you're trying to earn.
The new double Elite Night Credit offer is particularly interesting for members working toward Marriott Bonvoy elite status before the end of 2026. And if your stay overlaps November 21–30, you'll also earn double points on qualifying spend during those nights. The catch is the massive $1,750 minimum spend.
The separate bonus points promotion has an ever-so-slightly lower $1,500 spending requirement but tops out at 10,000 bonus points after five nights.
If you're already considering a qualifying Homes & Villas rental, either promotion can add meaningful value. But we wouldn't recommend choosing a more expensive rental solely to trigger these bonuses.
As always, compare the total cost — including cleaning and booking fees — with similar rentals available elsewhere.
