Through this partnership, Bonvoy members earn 3X Bonvoy points on Emirates flights. Conversely, Skywards members earn 1X Skywards miles on Marriott stays. Currently, targeted members of both programs who link their accounts (if they haven't already), sign in, and register can earn a one-time bonus of 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy points after completing an eligible paid stay of at least one night at a participating Marriott property by September 30, 2026. Stays must be booked directly with Marriott.
Per the terms and conditions, the bonus points will post to your Marriott Bonvoy account within two to four weeks after the promotion ends.

- Register between July 15 and September 30, 2026 (11:59 p.m. EDT).
- Earn a one-time bonus of 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy points after your first eligible paid stay during the promotion period.
- Eligible stays must be completed between July 15 and September 30, 2026. Bookings made before July 15 qualify if the stay occurs during the promotion period.
- Stay must be booked at an eligible paid rate. Award stays, Free Night Awards, and Cash + Points stays do not qualify.
- Stays at Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, ExecuStay, Marriott Executive Apartments, and owner-occupied Marriott Vacation Club weeks do not qualify.
- Reservations made through third-party booking sites (such as Expedia, Booking.com, or Travelocity) generally do not qualify.
- Members who have elected to earn airline miles instead of Marriott Bonvoy points are not eligible for this promotion.
- Bonus points will post to your Marriott Bonvoy account 2-4 weeks after the promotion ends.
Our Take
If you're targeted, this is a nice opportunity to pick up a one-time bonus of 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. Based on recent AwardWallet user redemption data, those points are worth about $47. That's a pretty solid return for a stay you may have been planning anyway.
Promotions like this from Marriott and Emirates Skywards don't come around very often.
