This promotion is one of the easiest ways to earn Delta SkyMiles, as it requires barely any effort or time. Here's how 12Status works and how to register.
12Status: Earn Delta SkyMiles for Seahawks Passing Yards
Each year, Delta has a promotion for Seattle Seahawks fans to earn SkyMiles with each passing yard at both home and away games during the season. The promotion has returned for the 2026–2027 NFL season. Since its inception, 12Status has awarded over 2.4 billion SkyMiles. In the 2025-2026 season alone, the Seahawks completed 4,063 passing yards, resulting in Delta issuing more than 535 million miles to more than 129,000 members who signed up.
The 2026-2027 NFL season is the tenth year of 12status. After registering, members can earn one SkyMile for every passing yard the Seahawks throw for during the regular season and postseason, both for home and away games. If you've registered in previous seasons, you only need to register again. If you've never registered before, you'll need to create an account before you can register.
This promotion is only for Delta SkyMiles members registered and residing in Washington state. In fact, you can only access the promotion from within Washington State. If you normally reside in Washington but are out of state, you can set your VPN to Seattle and still register for the promotion.
Miles are not awarded retroactively for the season. If you register after any games, you will not receive miles for passing yards in those games. As such, ensure you register ASAP, preferably before the season starts on September 9, 2026.

Additional 12Status benefits for Delta SkyMiles members
Similar to previous 12Status promotions, participants may also be eligible for Priority Boarding when flying Delta during the promotion period. If selected for Priority Boarding, you would board during Zone 5 on flights departing from Seattle (SEA). This runs throughout the 2026–2027 season.
Just like the past couple of years, members also get a 12% discount at Seahawks Pro Shop retail stores on the 12th day of each month during the season. In other words, on September 12, October 12, November 12, December 12, and January 12. This stacks with the 15% Season Ticket Holder discount, but no other discounts.
Unlike the first couple of years of this promotion, there is no option to win a VIP pass for home games for the entire season or win gift cards at the Seahawks Pro Shop.
Our Take
This 12Status promotion is a no-brainer for Delta SkyMiles members with a Washington state address connected to their SkyMiles account. A few seconds to register, and you are on your way to earning potentially over 4,000 bonus miles. Will that get you a free flight? Probably not, but it will certainly get you closer to your next redemption.
As a Washington resident, you can also claim additional benefits during the season, including priority boarding at SeaTac Airport and a 12% discount at Seahawks Pro Shop retail stores on the 12th day of every month during the season.
