JetBlue TrueBlue is generally a fixed-value program, meaning award prices usually track fairly closely with cash fares. That makes truly outsized redemptions rare — especially on short-haul routes where fares are already inexpensive. Occasionally, though, the pricing breaks in your favor.
We’ve found some unadvertised, rock-bottom JetBlue TrueBlue award pricing out of Fort Lauderdale. The biggest surprise? One-way flights from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta for just 800 JetBlue TrueBlue points.
Here are the details.
Cheap JetBlue TrueBlue Award Flight Pricing
While these fares are in Blue Basic — meaning no changes are allowed — the massive savings almost make it a no-brainer if you need to fly on these routes:
- Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Atlanta (ATL) – 800 TrueBlue points + $5.60 one-way

- Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to New Orleans (MSY) – 1,000 TrueBlue points + $5.60 one-way

- Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Richmond (RIC) – 1,500 TrueBlue points + $5.60 one-way

- Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Raleigh/Durham (RDU) – 2,600 TrueBlue points + $5.60 one-way
- Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to Nassau (NAS) – 3,400 TrueBlue points + $6.60 one-way
- Fort Lauderdale (FLL) to San Juan (SJU) – 3,800 TrueBlue points + $5.60 one-way
Most of these award flights are currently available from January to early March. And, they appear to work in the opposite direction as well.
How JetBlue Redemptions Work
JetBlue TrueBlue points are worth, on average, about 1.24¢ each, based on AwardWallet users' redemptions. The cash prices for the routes listed above are as low as $25 one-way, providing outsized value.
JetBlue does not have a traditional award chart, but generally, cheap cash fares translate into cheap award prices. However, given the average JetBlue TrueBlue redemption, this is very cheap for an award flight!
How To Earn TrueBlue Points
If your JetBlue TrueBlue account is sitting close to empty, you can transfer from these partners:
Or, if you're keen on saving your credit card points for other redemptions, you can also buy JetBlue points — provided it makes sense to top up your account balance — and take advantage of an up to 130% bonus. That sale runs through Dec. 31.
Also, you can consider applying for one of three, co-branded JetBlue credit cards and earning a sign-up bonus. A new partnership between JetBlue and United means you can also redeem your JetBlue TrueBlue points for United award flights:
- JetBlue Plus Card: Earn 60,000 bonus points after spending $1,000 on purchases and paying the annual fee in full, both within the first 90 days.
- JetBlue Card: Earn 10,000 bonus points after spending $1,000 on purchases in the first 90 days.
- JetBlue Business Card: Earn 60,000 bonus points after spending $2,000 on purchases and paying the annual fee in full, both within the first 90 days.

Bottom Line
These flights cost as little as 800 JetBlue TrueBlue points. Yes, they do come with the restrictions of a Blue Basic fare, but you likely won't see an award flight this low — dare we say — ever. And, you still get to bring a carry-on bag!
Both Chase Ultimate Rewards and Citi ThankYou Rewards transfer to JetBlue TrueBlue at 1:1 as well.
This is the perfect opportunity to position to another airport for a larger award travel redemption and/or take advantage of a cheap vacation early on in 2026. Because these award flight prices we found are unadvertised, we would recommend locking in these redemptions as soon as possible.
