Although it launched in early 2025, it has already introduced several unique promotions that let you earn extra transferable miles through online shopping and travel bookings. Transfer Rove Miles to Copa With a 40% Bonus
Copa ConnectMiles is officially Rove's newest transfer partner. And to celebrate the launch, you can enjoy a 40% transfer bonus to Copa through September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST. That means that 1,000 Rove Miles can convert to 1,400 Copa miles.
Copa offers a fairly extensive network throughout the Americas, and thanks to its membership in the Star Alliance and its other airline partners, there are limitless ways to use your miles. Copa uses two main award charts: one for business class awards and one for economy awards. You'll notice two different prices in each award chart — saver versus standard awards.
You can book saver awards on all flights operated by Copa Airlines, Copa Airlines Colombia, and all Star Alliance carriers, while you can book standard awards for flights operated by Copa Airlines, Copa Airlines Colombia, and United Airlines. Unfortunately, the award charts only list regions within the Americas, even though you can book Star Alliance routes worldwide.

Here's a look at a few Copa sweet spots.
You can book short hops from the U.S. to Central America, the Caribbean, and South America from just 15,000 miles in economy. That's just 10,800 Rove Miles after the 40% transfer bonus.
You can fly throughout South America in lie-flat business class for 40,000 miles — or just 28,600 Rove Miles during this transfer bonus. Be sure to select the option labeled “Dreams” for a lie-flat seat.
Finally, book a flight from the U.S. to Europe in business class for 90,000 miles — or 65,000 Rove Miles after factoring in the transfer bonus. Even though Lufthansa is known for pretty hefty surcharges on award tickets, Copa doesn't pass these along. Just pay $5.60 in taxes and fees out-of-pocket.
A 40% transfer bonus to any airline is a great deal, but when you consider that Copa offers solid partner award pricing, this bonus can easily help you go anywhere in the world for a fraction of the cost.

How to Transfer Rove Miles to Partners
It’s quick and easy to transfer Rove miles to one of its 20 partners. From the Rove dashboard, scroll down until you see the “Transfer partners” header. You can swipe right to find the program you want or click “See all.” Alternatively, click the person icon at the top of the screen and select “Transfer Miles.”
No matter which route you take, you’ll land on the same screen where you can pick your partner, enter the number of miles you want to transfer, add your loyalty account number, and confirm the transfer.
Each transfer partner page also shows the estimated processing time. That’s especially helpful if you’re moving miles over with the goal of booking something quickly.

Even though Rove is a relatively new program, this is already the ninth transfer bonus it's offered. For a quick walk down memory lane, here's a look at every transfer bonus Rove has rolled out so far:

Bottom Line
The best time to transfer miles to a partner is when there’s a transfer bonus, as long as you already have a specific use in mind. We generally don’t recommend speculative transfers, since they leave you exposed to no-notice devaluations (which do happen).
Copa offers a great way to book award redemptions for Star Alliance and other partner airlines. The 40% transfer bonus makes prices even sweeter, so make sure to complete your transfer by September 30, 2026.
