Wynn offers a ton of benefits to its rewards program members, and that list only grows as you move up from entry-level Red status to Black (and even Chairman's Club) status. And one of Wynn's lesser-known perks is up to 30% off select cruise fares.

In a recent program update (rolled out quietly before being publicly announced), Wynn changed which cruise line this discount applies to and made the perk easier to use in the process.

Here’s what to know and how to parlay your elite benefits into cruise savings.

Wynn Rewards Members Can Save Up to 30% on Select Cruises

For the past several years, Wynn Rewards had just one cruise line partner: Holland America Line. As of February 1, 2026, Wynn still has a single partner, but now it’s MSC Cruises. That means the up-to-30% cruise discount we mentioned earlier now applies to select MSC-operated sailings.

Along with the change in cruise partner, Wynn has also made this perk easier to use. The program sunset its manual request form in favor of self-activation online or through the Wynn app.

To take advantage of the discount, you’ll need to log in to your Wynn Rewards account, head to your profile or rewards summary, and activate the cruise benefit before booking an eligible sailing. You likely won't see it in the general offers pane.

While you’re activating the voucher, note that the cruise benefit redemption request must be submitted on or before January 31, 2027, and your sailing must be completed by March 31, 2027.

Members can redeem this benefit once per calendar year for up to 30% off an MSC cruise for two (excluding Yacht Club). But you'd be wise to price shop before completing your booking — just to make sure you're not leaving extra savings on the table should they be available somewhere else.

Additional MSC benefits for Wynn Rewards elite members

In addition to the cruise discount, Wynn Rewards offers a couple of extra perks exclusively for Platinum, Black, and Chairman's Club members, including:

  • Platinum members: Up to 10 nights in an Oceanview stateroom with MSC Cruises, plus $100 in onboard casino free play
  • Black members: Up to 10 nights in an Aurea Suite with MSC Cruises, plus $200 in onboard casino free play
  • Chairman’s Club members: Access to the MSC Yacht Club, which features an all-inclusive experience with spacious suites, 24-hour butler service, a dedicated concierge, a private restaurant and lounge, and exclusive pool and sun deck areas. For specific details, Wynn advises members to contact their Casino Host, as formal terms aren’t published online.

In its press release announcing the new partnership, MSC also noted that, in addition to the annual cruise benefit, Wynn Rewards members may qualify for invite-only cruise giveaways throughout the year.

To take advantage of these benefits, you’ll still need to activate the cruise offer and follow the required booking steps. And keep in mind that availability is limited and restrictions may apply, so flexibility with your itinerary is key.

How Good Is Wynn's MSC Cruises Discount?

If you’ve got the extra time, it’s always worth shopping around before submitting payment to see if there’s a better deal elsewhere. That applies not just to cruises, but to almost anything you buy. And even though a “30%” discount sounds appealing, a quick test shows the savings might not be quite that generous.

After activating the cruise discount offer, I submitted a booking request for a four-night Caribbean sailing for two on MSC Seaside departing July 13, 2026. The portal was easy to use, but it (frustratingly) didn’t display pricing at checkout.

The total of $713.80 arrived a few days later by email, along with a 48-hour payment deadline.

For reference, I priced the same cruise through MSC’s website after submitting the booking request through Wynn. For the same Interior Bella stateroom, MSC listed an all-in total of $871.60.

That’s a savings of $157.80, or 18.1%.

Even after isolating the base fare, the discount didn’t reach 30%. MSC listed the cruise fare at $351 per person before taxes and fees. Through Wynn, it dropped to $271.10 per person, which is just a 22.8% reduction.

All that said, you can secure a meaningful discount after activating the Wynn offer, but you shouldn’t assume you’re getting a full 30% off. It’s worth double-checking the math before booking.

Bottom Line

Even if you don’t gamble or stay at Wynn’s hotel properties often, you can still save up to 30% on an MSC cruise simply by joining the free-to-join Wynn Rewards program. Until recently, this discount applied to Holland America Line and required a few extra steps to redeem, but now you can activate the offer online, and it's even simpler to use.
