Its a fraud company, I had collected over 12000 miles over 2 -3 years time. The points were due to expire on the 31st of july 2021. They sent me a mail stating that if I pay for an upgrade my points validity will be extended for another 18 months. But even after the payment was made my points expired. Their call center team is so rude and have no decency to talk to a customer & their email query team has just one reply for you that the points once expired can not be reinstated without even understanding the problem. Its a total scam, a complete rip off. Wouldn't recommend anyone to ever opt for their services.

Very decent and comfortable airline when travelling international. domestic facility much better then america based domestic airlines in terms of food and service. free check in baggage and 2 bags allowed for international travelers. First class has a suite room facility while business class has flat seats which help to gain soothing sleep while decent economy seats with enough leg room in economy.
