It's getting increasingly hard to earn Emirates Skywards miles, but if you need to top off your balance, booking an IHG stay or two might help. After registration, Skywards members can earn triple miles on IHG stays booked by November 30, 2025, and completed by February 28, 2026.

Earn Triple Emirates Skywards Miles on IHG Stays
When staying at IHG properties, you can choose to earn Emirates Skywards miles instead of IHG One Rewards points. Normally, you can earn up to two Skywards miles per dollar, depending on the IHG brand. This promotion boosts those earnings threefold.
After you register, Skywards members will earn triple miles on stays at IHG hotels through February 28, 2026. The stay must be booked before November 30, 2025. Qualifying stays can be any length or rate as long as they would normally earn points or miles. That means reward stays are not eligible.
Earnings vary by hotel brand. Stays at the following brands typically earn 1 mile per dollar, but that's increased to 3X miles per dollar for the duration of this promotion:

Members need to decide whether they want to earn Skywards miles with their IHG stays instead of IHG points and elite night credits. In some cases, travelers may prefer to build their Skywards balance through this promotion. But most travelers should stick to earning IHG points on IHG stays.
If you are one of the members who prefer to earn Skywards miles, then you'll probably want to take advantage of this promotion. But remember that you'll need to book soon, as the window to do so ends on November 30, 2025.
