Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer loyalty program has officially reached 10 million members. To celebrate, the airline is rolling out a series of fantastic promotions, including redemption discounts, conversion bonuses, and bonus miles on eligible flights. Here’s a breakdown of what’s on offer.

Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Reaches 10 Million Members

Singapore KrisFlyer launched in 1999 and has steadily grown into one of the more useful frequent flyer programs out there. Members can earn and redeem miles with over 1,700 partners worldwide, including notable ones like Marriott Bonvoy (where you can double dip) and Accor (where you can convert miles to hotel points)

Membership has doubled in the past two years, surpassing 10 million as of March 2025. To mark the occasion, Singapore Airlines is rolling out some limited-time promotions, most of which kick off today, March 7, 2025.

Earn up to 38,000 bonus miles through social media

Finally, KrisFlyer is launching exclusive promotions on its Facebook and Instagram accounts for a chance to win up to 38,000 bonus miles.

Through March 31, 2025, members can follow KrisFlyer on Facebook or Instagram and comment on the offers with creative answers. Full details of this promotion will come out on each social media channel.

Our Take

These are some pretty sweet promotions from Singapore Airlines. If you are not already a KrisFlyer member, now is the time to sign up to collect your 1,000 bonus miles.

If you're already a member or joined because of the sign-up bonus, consider booking a flight or redeeming miles by the end of the month. Keep in mind that you get the 20% miles redemption discount through March 23 and then the 50% bonus points on eligible Premium Economy Class flights between March 24 and 31, 2025.

Conversions should always be taken with a grain of salt. Even with the 20% bonus between KrisFlyer and Marriott or Accor, you won't necessarily get a better value for your miles. However, if you need extra points for a hotel stay or flight, now is the time to convert.
