JetBlue Is Selling TrueBlue Tiles With a 10% Discount
JetBlue is now offering its TrueBlue members the chance to purchase elite status credits for 10% less. Through the end of the month, you can buy anywhere from a single tile all the way up to 250 tiles, which can unlock top-tier Mosaic 4.

As you can likely gather, purchasing TrueBlue status outright from this promotion is by no means cheap. Thus, this promotion is likely most useful for those just short of qualifying or re-qualifying for elite status in 2025. Purchasing a tile or two is an easy way to level up.

Should You Buy JetBlue Tiles — Even With a 10% Discount?
As you can see from the prices above, purchasing TrueBlue tiles is an expensive proposition. And it raises the question: is it worth the cost?
The key benefit of buying tiles is that it allows you to top off your progress toward Mosaic status or requalify for 2025 without the need to meet the qualification requirements by purchasing flights, credit card spending, vacation package purchases, etc. Simply buy what you need, and that's it!
However, for most travelers, the high cost of purchasing tiles won’t outweigh the benefits of achieving Mosaic status — especially given the relatively limited perks at each level of the JetBlue program (see below) compared to other airlines.

Thus, the value proposition is especially questionable if you're far from qualifying and would need to buy a significant number of tiles to reach your goal. But if you're a tile or two short, it's a creative way to level up.

While the perks improve incrementally with each Mosaic level you achieve, so does the cost. Even with this 10% discount promotion, spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars to purchase tiles and reach a higher Mosaic tier can be a steep price to pay.
