If you’re planning to stay at Best Western properties by the end of the year, Best Western is offering double points on all stays completed between September 8 and December 31, 2026.

Earn Double Points with Every Stay

Best Western does an excellent job of keeping its promotions back-to-back. Once again, Best Western has a promotion for members to earn double bonus points through the end of the year. As usual, logging into your account automatically registers you for this promotion. After registering, members will earn double points on all stays at Best Western properties worldwide completed between September 8 and December 31, 2026.

You can already start booking eligible stays now. Eligible stays are of any length, booked directly with Best Western at a rate eligible for earning points.

Best Western Rewards members earn 10 base points per dollar on eligible stays, plus a bonus for elite status. This offer doubles that to 20 points per dollar. So spending $200 on a 2-night stay will earn 4,000 bonus points. Compared to the previous offer of 1,000 bonus points per night, this offer is more rewarding for higher-cost stays, and prices tend to go up over the holiday season.

Best Western Promotions With Closed Booking Windows

Earn up to four $31 gift cards

This short-lived promotion offered up to $124 in rewards for eligible stays of any length in the U.S., Canada, or the Caribbean booked by September 7, 2026. Eligible stay dates are through December 31, 2026.

Members will receive a $31 Best Western gift card after completing each eligible stay, up to four gift cards for a total of $124 in rewards. The gift cards are for use on subsequent stays and expire on March 1, 2027. Best Western members registered in the U.S. or the Caribbean will receive the gift card in USD, while residents of Canada will receive the gift card in CAD.

This promotion states that it is not valid with any other offer or promotion. However, it overlaps with the promotions below to earn 1,000 bonus points per night on stays through September 7, or double points on stays between September 8 and December 31, 2026. Because members are automatically registered for all promotions when they log into their account, it is unclear whether they will receive both rewards — bonus points and a gift card — if they book by September 7.

Earn 1,000 Best Western bonus points per eligible night

This promotion was also available through September 7. Best Western Rewards members can earn 1,000 bonus points per eligible night spent at participating Best Western hotels in the U.S., Canada, or the Caribbean from May 11 to September 7, 2026. There's no limit to the number of points you can earn through this promotion.

However, for each of the first 20 nights you stay, you will earn a sweepstakes entry for a chance to win 250,000 bonus points. If you want the best chance of winning, try to stay for at least 20 nights during the promotion period.

To participate, you'll need to register for the promotion before completing your stays. Your bonus points will appear in your account within two weeks of completing your qualifying nights.

Our Take

Best Western Rewards doesn’t get as much attention as some other hotel loyalty programs, but if you stay at its properties often, there’s usually at least one worthwhile promotion that can make your stays more rewarding. And right now, there are two lucrative offers.

If you plan to take advantage of either offer, simply log into your account to automatically register. To get the gift cards, ensure you book by September 7. Eligible stays for the gift cards are between August 31 and December 31, while stays for double points are between September 8 and December 31, 2026. Presumably, you can stack these offers for even more rewards if you book soon enough.
