Bilt Rent Day is back, and several solid offers are set to roll out between now and May 1. This time around, there's a transfer bonus to Southwest, a targeted points redemption bonus for Amazon purchases, and student loan payments for winners of the “Rent Free” game show.
You’ll also find familiar offers, such as exclusive dining, comedy, and fitness experiences, along with double points on all eligible spending made on May 1, 2025.

May 2025 Bilt Rent Day Unique Promotions
This month's headline Bilt Rent Day promotions include a transfer bonus of up to 100% when converting Bilt Points to Southwest Rapid Rewards points, plus a targeted redemption bonus for Amazon purchases.
Bilt to Southwest Rapid Rewards transfer bonus
On May 1, Bilt members can transfer Bilt Points to Southwest — Bilt's newest transfer partner — and receive a bonus of up to 100%. Points normally transfer at a 1:1 ratio, but with this offer, you can get up to 2,000 Rapid Rewards points for every 1,000 Bilt Points transferred.
The bonus amount depends on your Bilt elite status:
- Blue: 25% bonus (1,250 Rapid Rewards points per 1,000 Bilt Points)
- Silver: 50% bonus (1,500 points per 1,000)
- Gold: 75% bonus (1,750 points per 1,000)
- Platinum: 100% bonus (2,000 points per 1,000)
This bonus is valid from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on May 1. To transfer, link your Bilt account to your Southwest Rapid Rewards account. The names on both accounts must match, and all transfers must be in increments of 1,000 points, starting at 2,000 points for Bilt Blue members. Transfers may take up to 72 hours to complete and cannot be reversed.
On average, AwardWallet users redeem Southwest Rapid Rewards points at 1.52¢ each, while Bilt Points are worth about 2¢ each. That makes this an especially strong offer for Silver, Gold, and Platinum members.
25% points redemption bonus for Amazon purchases
For May Rent Day, Bilt is rolling out a new redemption bonus for Amazon purchases. All members can redeem their Bilt Points on Amazon with a 25% bonus, meaning your points will go further when you use them at checkout.
The offer runs from April 25 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time through May 1 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. To qualify, you’ll need to link your Bilt and Amazon accounts.
While Bilt says that this is a targeted offer, the terms also state it’s available to all Bilt members, so it's worth checking your account to confirm eligibility.
Recurring Bilt Rent Day Promotions
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood fitness experiences
For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt members can reserve a spot at more than 50 SoulCycle classes or 10 Barry’s Bootcamp locations. Barry’s participants will also receive a complimentary shake after class.
Booking opens on April 26 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 10:50 a.m.
Note: If you book a class but can’t attend, be sure to cancel by 5:00 p.m. local time on April 30 through the Fitness tab under “My Bookings.” Otherwise, you’ll be charged a $30 no-show fee.
Rent Day Ride sweepstakes
In addition, one lucky SoulCycle Rent Day Ride participant will win a free month of rent valued at up to $2,500.
Members can also enter the free rent sweepstakes without booking a class. To do so, send your valid home address, name, and email address to rentdayride.giveaway@biltrewards.com.
If the winning member attends a SoulCycle class, they will be informed at the class. If they enter by email, they will be notified via social media (specifically Instagram). Prizes over $600 require members to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within seven days.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy experiences have become a Rent Day staple. This month, 13 shows are available across 10 cities, with new venues in Chandler, Arizona, as well as Sacramento and San Diego in California. Bespoke shows will take place at Copper Classics in New York on May 8 and at 2101 Gallery in Los Angeles on May 29.
Members can start booking on April 26 at noon Eastern Time, with early access for Platinum and Gold members beginning at 11:50 a.m. Tickets start at $75 or 5,000 Bilt Points. All bookings are final, and reservations close on April 29 at noon ET.

Neighborhood Dining series
Bilt’s exclusive dining experiences return this Rent Day, with tables available at 30 restaurants across 16 cities. New spots are added regularly, so it’s worth checking back each month.
Starting April 26, members can book up to four tickets for a dining experience starting at $40 or 2,500 Bilt Points per person. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time, with booking opening to all members at noon. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout. All sales are final, and booking closes April 29 at noon ET.
There’s also a special event this month. The Lone Star Smokeout, taking place from May 2 through 4 at AT&T Stadium in Dallas-Fort Worth, features 13 Texas BBQ pitmasters and 20 country music performances. Check the Bilt app for ticket info.
Bilt “Rent Free” game show
The “Rent Free” game show is back this month, and the prizes are even bigger. Ten winners will receive a free month of rent, up to $2,500 per person, plus an extra $2,500 toward their student loan debt.
Bilt collected answers to a question from 1,000 Bilt members for a Family Feud-style game. Starting April 25 at noon Eastern Time, members can try to guess the top three answers to the question. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries).
Each month features a different celebrity host. This time, it’s comedian and actress Chloe Fineman. Submit your answers in the Bilt app by May 1 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Then, come back at 4:00 p.m. to watch Chloe’s episode and check your results.
The top 10 scorers will each receive a free month of rent and $2,500 toward student loan payments. The next 100 players will earn 1,000 Bilt Points, and the 500 after that will receive 100 points.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X points.

Bilt double points earnings promotion
As usual, Bilt is offering double points earnings on Rent Day. On May 1, 2025, Bilt Mastercard holders will automatically earn 6X (instead of 3X) on dining, 4X (instead of 2X) on travel, and 2X (instead of 1X) on all other spending, excluding rent.
Cardholders can earn up to 1,000 bonus points from Rent Day purchases. Also, remember you must make at least five purchases per statement period to earn any points with the Bilt Mastercard.

Our Take
If you have a Southwest Rapid Rewards account and have been saving up Bilt Points, this is the month to transfer them. On May 1, Bilt members can get up to a 100% bonus when moving points to Rapid Rewards. May also brings a new 25% points redemption bonus on Amazon purchases.
One of the best promotions this month is that “Rent Free” winners will not only get a free month of rent but also $2,500 toward student loan payments.
Other recurring promotions are back with some changes. The SoulCycle partnership no longer appears to have a sweepstakes to earn a free month of rent. And the Rent Free game show has once again tweaked the number of winners and points available.
Rent Day highlights the value of the Bilt Mastercard
It's become increasingly apparent that Rent Day promotions like these make the Bilt Mastercard even more valuable. Along with a growing list of transfer partners, the card still lets you pay rent without convenience fees — and with no annual fee (Rates & Fees).
One thing to keep in mind is that you must make at least five purchases each statement period with your Bilt Mastercard to earn full rewards. If you do not meet that threshold, you will not earn bonus points on travel, dining, or other purchases, and you will only earn a flat 250 points on your rent payment, no matter how much you pay.
Even if you hit the five-purchase minimum, rent points are capped at 100,000 points per calendar year. For most people, making five purchases a month is an easy task, but it is an important requirement if you want to maximize your rewards.
- 3x points on dining
- 2x points on travel
- 1x points on rent payments without the transaction fee (up to 100,000 points each calendar year)
