Bilt Rent Day Wyndham Transfer Bonus for April 2026
For the first time, you can get a bonus of up to 125% when you transfer your Bilt Rewards Points to Wyndham Rewards — Bilt's newest transfer partner. Outside of Rent Day, Bilt members can transfer rewards to Wyndham at a 1:1 ratio.
But on April 1, Bilt members will receive up to a 100% transfer bonus, depending on their elite status:
- 25% bonus for Blue members (4:5 ratio)
- 50% bonus for Silver members (2:3 ratio)
- 75% bonus for Gold members (4:7 ratio)
- 100% bonus for Platinum members (1:2 ratio)
Want to unlock a higher transfer ratio? You can also use your Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade your status. It costs $125 Bilt Cash to upgrade one tier. Blue can buy up to Silver, Silver can buy up to Gold, and Gold can buy up to Platinum.
If you're a Platinum member, you can use your Bilt Cash to upgrade to a 125% Wyndham Rewards transfer bonus.
Members can not increase more than one status tier. The next status tier does not apply after April 1, as the transfer bonus is available on that day only. If you try to make a transfer before the 1st, you will receive a warning advising you to wait a few days.

Other Rent Day Bonuses
Amazon.com Redemption Bonus
In addition to a bonus on transfers to Wyndham, elite members will get more value when they use their Bilt Points to make purchases on Amazon. Normally, 1,000 Bilt Points are worth $7 on Amazon.com. On April 1, you can take advantage of the following bonus depending on your status:
- 20% bonus for Blue members (1,000 points are worth $8.40)
- 30% bonus for Silver members (1,000 points are worth $9.10)
- 40% bonus for Gold members (1,000 points are worth $9.80)
- 50% bonus for Platinum members (1,000 points are worth $10.50)
Make sure to link your Amazon account to your Bilt account (if you haven't already) to use your Bilt Points at checkout. However, even with the bonus, we don't recommend using your points in this way. AwardWallet users typically redeem Bilt Points for 2.06¢ apiece, so 1,000 points are worth $20.60. Even Platinum members with the highest Amazon redemption bonus are barely squeezing 50% of the average value from their Bilt Points.
Targeted housing credit bonus
Targeted Bilt members will receive a 50% bonus on housing credits, including rent and mortgage, during rent week. This will be available from March 26 through April 1, and eligible members will see the offer in their Bilt account under the Housing Credits tab in Everyday Rewards.
Metropolis parking bonus
From March 26 through April 1, members will earn 5X Bilt Rewards points on parking instead of the standard 1X with Metropolis. New Metropolis members who park for the first time will receive an additional 500 bonus points. Metropolis parking is available in more than 4,600 locations throughout the U.S., so you shouldn't have any issue earning bonus points during this Rent Day promotion.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy Experiences
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy and Dining Experiences have become a Rent Day staple. This month, you can access exclusive comedy experiences at 17 venues across 12 cities:

Two types of comedy experiences are available this month. Comedy Club Experiences are standard comedy shows with two drinks included at most venues, and tickets are $30 to $40 per person or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points. Bespoke Comedy Experiences are premium shows held at unique venues, complete with two drinks and light bites included. These tickets are $75 per person or 5,000 Bilt Points. Each venue has individual dates for its shows.

Tickets can be booked starting at 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, March 27. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time. Booking closes at 3:00 p.m. ET on the day of each show or until sold out. You can purchase up to four tickets per member. All experiences are final sale. You can now use up to $50 in Bilt Cash to apply towards one comedy experience, with the remaining cost to be paid in cash.

Bilt Neighborhood Dining Experiences
On April 1, in addition to great comedy experiences, Bilt offers an extensive list of exclusive dining experiences.
Dining experience venues offer a multi-course tasting menu of three to four courses, or an omakase. Tickets range from $35 to $75, depending on the menu, and are redeemable with 2,500 to 4,000 Bilt Points. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout for $20 to $46 (1,500 to 3,000 Bilt Points) at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking). Members can also use up to $50 in Bilt Cash toward one dining experience, with the remainder paid in cash.

Rent Day Dining takes place on Wednesday, April 1, but there is a special Thomas Keller Bouchon Launch Event in Coral Gables on April 28. You can purchase up to four seats per member per booking. Booking opens at 12:00 p.m. ET on Friday, March 27. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. ET.
Booking closes on Tuesday, March 31, at 5:00 p.m. ET for all dining experiences. Special events will close at 5:00 p.m. ET the day before. Members can purchase all experiences this month with no limit, but experiences are final sale.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood Fitness Experiences
For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt members can reserve one of 875 spots for SoulCycle classes at participating locations. Available bike quantities vary by location. Bilt also has a nationwide partnership with Barry's Bootcamp, offering 520 class slots at participating locations. Members can also receive exclusive add-ons with both fitness partners. Keep in mind that Barry's Hamptons studios are not in operation during the offseason.
Booking opens on Friday, March 27, at 12:00 p.m. ET, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m. Booking closes on Tuesday, March 31, at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Complimentary Items from the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe Rent Day Food Truck
Bilt recently moved its headquarters to the Meatpacking District in New York City. To celebrate, on Wednesday, April 1, you can visit 837 Washington Street for a complimentary Jamaican patty and naturally flavored sparkling water by Chef Kwame Onwuachi, exclusively for Bilt members. Although technically available between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., you'll want to go early. Complimentary items are available while supplies last.
Bilt “Rent Free” Game Show: Win up to a Free Month of Rent
The “Rent Free” game show is back and better than ever. Each month features a different celebrity host. This month, everyone's favorite comedian, Pete Davidson, will host the show. However, this month offers a twist — Pete Davidson will also be playing, and the better he does, the more members win free rent.
On April 1, the top ten scorers will receive a month of rent, up to $2,500, with an additional rent winner added for every correct answer Pete gets, up to 19 possible winners. The next 100 best scorers will receive 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 players will earn 100 Bilt Points.
Starting Thursday, March 26, at noon ET, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by Wednesday, April 1, at 3:00 p.m. ET. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X Points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X Points.
In addition to hosting Rent Free, Pete Davidson will take over the BleauLive Theater at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas for a one-night-only performance. Bilt members can get tickets that include a Bilt member-only event after the show, featuring a meet-and-greet, drinks, and light bites.
The show is on Saturday, April 11, from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. The Bilt member exclusive is directly after the show, at Azul at Fontainebleau, from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. You can purchase up to four tickets per member located in section 104.

As usual, Bilt is offering double Points earnings on Rent Day, excluding housing payments. However, this looks a little different since Bilt launched a new card portfolio earlier this year. Here's how much you'll earn on April 1, depending on which card you hold:

- Bilt Obsidian Card: Earn 6X Points on your selected category of dining or groceries (regularly 3X), 4X Points on travel (regularly 2X), and 2X on other everyday purchases (regularly 1X)
