Bilt Rent Day Promotion for August 2025
Up to 100% Avianca LifeMiles transfer bonus
This month's transfer bonus is for Avianca LifeMiles, similar to the offer in February this year. On August 1, Bilt members can get up to a 100% transfer bonus when transferring Bilt Points to Aviana LifeMiles. Bilt Points typically transfer to Avianca LifeMiles with a 1:1 ratio. Through this promotion, members can get up to 2,000 LifeMiles for every 1,000 Bilt Points they transfer.
Avianca is part of the Star Alliance, meaning Bilt Points converted to LifeMiles are then usable on United flights, among the alliance's 25 members. Check out some of the best uses of LifeMiles.
- Blue members: 20% transfer bonus
- Silver members: 40% transfer bonus
- Gold members: 60% transfer bonus
- Platinum members: 100% transfer bonus
Kel's Burger Festival
Bilt members in or visiting New York can book tickets for Kil's Burger Festival on August 30 at Bk Backyard Bar in Brooklyn. The festival will feature the nation's best burger vendors, an orange soda fountain, 90s music, carnival games, and a retro arcade.
Three slots are available to book:
- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- 2:45 to 5:45 p.m.
- 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Booking opens on Saturday, July 26, at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members, and noon for Silver and Blue members. Tickets are $20 or 1,500 Bilt Points, and all ticket sales are final.
Auberge Concert Series presented by Bilt
Bilt Gold and Platinum members exclusively can get early access to an intimate concert with Grammy Award-winning artist Maren Morris at Primland, Auberge Resorts Collection. Primland was named Travel & Leisure's #1 resort in the Continental U.S., and sits on a 12,000-acre private mountain estate in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains.
To get your tickets, book a stay of two or more consecutive nights at Primland through the Bilt Travel Portal. The stay must start on September 19, 2025. After booking, you will receive two complimentary tickets per room for Maren Morris's performance on September 19.
Bilt has 100 tickets available for this performance. Booking for Primland opens on Friday, July 25, at 9 a.m. ET.
Redeem Bilt Points for rent credits (targeted)
Between July 25 and August 1, select Bilt members can redeem Bilt Points for rent credits. Targeted members will find more details of this offer in their Bilt account.
Bilt Rent Day Neighborhood Benefits
Bilt Neighborhood Cafe perks
The Bilt Neighborhood Cafe opened earlier this year and has offered some nice benefits for Bilt Rent Day. Once again, the cafe is teaming up with Maman to give members complimentary coffee and cookies, while supplies last. To claim your coffee and cookie, visit the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe on Friday, August 1, and scan your app.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood fitness experiences
For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt members can reserve one of 700 spots for SoulCycle classes at 54 participating locations, or book a class at one of 10 Barry’s Bootcamp locations. Bilt members also receive exclusive add-ons at each fitness partner.

Note: As of June 2025, all fitness class sales are final. That means you can no longer cancel your class without incurring a fee.
Rent Day Ride sweepstakes
In addition, one lucky SoulCycle Rent Day Ride participant will win a free month of rent valued at up to $2,500.
Members can also enter the free rent sweepstakes without booking a class. To do so, send your valid home address, name, and email address to rentdayride.giveaway@biltrewards.com.
If the winning member attends a SoulCycle class, they will be informed at the class. If they enter by email, they will be notified via social media (specifically Instagram). Prizes over $600 require members to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within seven days.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy experiences have become a Rent Day staple and continue to expand rapidly. Two types of comedy experiences are available.
Club experiences are standard comedy shows with two drinks included. Bespoke comedy experiences are premium comedy shows held at unique venues, complete with two drinks and light bites included. Comedy Club Experiences are $40 per person or 2,500 Bilt Points. Bespoke Comedy Experiences are $75 per person or 5,000 Bilt Points.

Members can book up to four seats for August shows starting on Friday, July 26, at noon Eastern Time, with early access for Platinum and Gold members beginning at 11:50 a.m. Tickets are available up to 24 hours before each show. Each venue has individual dates for its shows.
Neighborhood Dining
Bilt’s exclusive dining experiences return this Rent Day, with tables available at 32 restaurants across 10 cities (7 cities less than last month). Each venue offers a multi-course tasting menu of three to five courses. Some venues also offer a special sake pairing.
Members can book up to four tickets between Saturday, July 26, at noon and July 31, at 5:00 p.m. ET. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking). All sales are final, and bookings close on July 31 at 5 p.m. ET.
Recurring Bilt Rent Day Promotions
Bilt “Rent Free” game show with 20 free rent winners
The “Rent Free” game show is back, and the number of free rent winners is back down to ten this month. On August 1, 10 winners will have up to $2,500 of their rent covered by Bilt. Starting July 25 at noon Eastern Time, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries).
Each month features a different celebrity host. This time, comedian and actor Kel Mitchell (All That, Kenan & Kel, and Good Burger) will host the show. Submit your answers in the Bilt app by August 1 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.
The top 10 scorers will each receive a free month of rent, valued at up to $2,500. The next 100 players will earn 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 after that will receive 100 points.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X points.

Bilt double points earnings promotion
As usual, Bilt is offering double points earnings on Rent Day. On August 1, 2025, Bilt Mastercard holders will automatically earn 6X (instead of 3X) on dining, 4X (instead of 2X) on travel, and 2X (instead of 1X) on all other spending, excluding rent and tax payments.
Cardholders can earn up to 1,000 bonus points from Rent Day purchases. Also, remember you must make at least five purchases per statement period to earn any points with the Bilt Mastercard.

Rent Day Highlights the Value of the Bilt Mastercard
It's become increasingly apparent that Rent Day promotions like these make the Bilt Mastercard even more valuable. Along with a growing list of transfer partners, the card still lets you pay rent without convenience fees — and with no annual fee (Rates & Fees).
One thing to keep in mind is that you must make at least five purchases each statement period with your Bilt Mastercard to earn full rewards. If you do not meet that threshold, you will not earn bonus points on travel, dining, or other purchases, and you will only earn a flat 250 points on your rent payment, no matter how much you pay.
Even if you hit the five-purchase minimum, rent points are capped at 100,000 points per calendar year. For most people, making five purchases a month is an easy task, but it is an important requirement if you want to maximize your rewards.

- 1x points on rent payments without the transaction fee (up to 100,000 points each calendar year)
