Bilt's September Rent Day is almost here. This month's offerings include a targeted transfer bonus to Virgin Red points for select members, the chance to purchase tickets for the One Bite Pizza Festival in New York, or an exclusive Leon Bridges performance at Bowie House, Auberge Resorts Collection in Fort Worth, Texas.

Bilt Rent Day Promotion for September 2025
Up to 100% Virgin Red Points transfer bonus
This month's Rent Day transfer bonus is for Virgin Red Points. On September 1, targeted Bilt members will get up to a 100% transfer bonus when transferring Bilt Points to Virgin Points. Bilt Points typically transfer to Virgin Points with a 1:1 ratio. But through this promotion, targeted members can get up to 2,000 Virgin Points for every 1,000 Bilt Points they transfer.
Strangely, Bilt has not clarified which Bilt members are targeted or who will get less than a 100% transfer bonus. We can only hope that Bilt is targeting all members who are also Virgin Red members with this bonus. But we'll have to wait and see what happens on the first of the month.
You should also keep in mind that Virgin Red is separate from Virgin Atlantic Flying Club. However, you can join both programs, link your accounts, and transfer points between accounts.
Virgin Voyages status match
The above promotion is also tied to a new benefit for Bilt members. Starting September 1, members can match their Bilt elite status with Virgin Voyages Sailing Club. Bilt Silver and Gold members can match to Virgin Voyages Blue Extras, and Bilt Platinum members can match to Virgin Voyages Deep Blue Extras.
If you don't have status with Bilt and want perks with Virgin Voyages, you might consider taking advantage of the ongoing status match available through October 31, 2025.
One Bite Pizza Festival
Bilt members in or visiting New York can book tickets for the One Bite Pizza Festival on September 13 at Randall's Island, New York. Attendees will have all-you-can-eat pizza from over 40 top neighborhood pizza spots. Bilt members will also receive one complimentary drink ticket and a three-cheese fusilli from Pasta Shop by Lucali. Members also have a chance to win a free month of rent, although Bilt has not provided details on how to win.
Tickets are $150 or 10,000 Bilt Points, and all ticket sales are final. Two slots are available to book:
- 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Auberge Concert Series presented by Bilt
Bilt members can book tickets for an intimate concert with Grammy Award-winning artist Leon Bridges at Bowie House, Auberge Resorts Collection, on October 7. Bowie House is a new Home Away from Home property located in Fort Worth, Texas.
Unlike last month, you don't need to book a stay at the hotel to attend the concert. Tickets for the concert are $500 or 25,000 Bilt Points, and include the following:
- Access to the Leon Bridges concert
- One complimentary drink
- A $50 donation to Leon's The Big Good Foundation
- Access to an intimate 60-minute acoustic set with Leon Bridges
Bilt Gold and Platinum members can also book a stay at Bowie House through Bilt's Home Away from Home platform. Booking through Bilt comes with exclusive room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, a $100 property credit, and access to the Leon Bridges concert.
Bilt Rent Day Neighborhood Benefits
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood fitness experiences
For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt members can reserve one of 700 spots for SoulCycle classes at 54 participating locations. Bilt now has a nationwide partnership with Barry's Bootcamp, and members can now book a class at one of 52 Barry’s Bootcamp locations (up from 10 last month). Bilt members also receive exclusive add-ons at each fitness partner.
Booking opens on Thursday, August 28, at noon Eastern Time, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m.
Note: As of June 2025, all fitness class sales are final. That means you can no longer cancel your class without incurring a fee.
Rent Day Ride sweepstakes
In addition, one lucky SoulCycle Rent Day Ride participant will win a free month of rent valued at up to $2,500.
Members can also enter the free rent sweepstakes without booking a class. To do so, send your valid home address, name, and email address to rentdayride.giveaway@biltrewards.com.
If the winning member attends a SoulCycle class, they will be informed at the class. If they enter by email, they will be notified via social media (specifically Instagram). Prizes over $600 require members to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within seven days.
Bilt Neighborhood Comedy
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy experiences have become a Rent Day staple and continue to expand rapidly. Two types of comedy experiences are available.
Club experiences are standard comedy shows with two drinks included. Bespoke comedy experiences are premium comedy shows held at unique venues, complete with two drinks and light bites included. Comedy Club Experiences are $40 per person or 2,500 Bilt Points. Bespoke Comedy Experiences are $75 per person or 5,000 Bilt Points.
This month, 15 venues are available across 11 cities (a drop of several venues from last month), including new cities in bold:
- Boston, MA
- Brooklyn, NY
- Chandler, AZ
- Houston, TX
- Los Angeles, CA
- Nashville, TN
- Philadelphia, PA
- San Diego, CA
- San Francisco, CA
- Seattle, WA
- Tampa, FL
Members can book up to four seats for August shows starting on Thursday, August 28, at noon Eastern Time, with early access for Platinum and Gold members beginning at 11:50 a.m. Tickets are available up to 11 a.m. on the day of each show, or until sold out. Each venue has individual dates for its shows. All sales are final.
Neighborhood Dining
Bilt’s exclusive dining experiences return this Rent Day. This month, only 20 restaurants in 4 cities are available to book. Venues are in New York, Miami, Dallas, and Washington, D.C. Each venue offers a multi-course tasting menu of three or four courses. Bondi Sushi locations also offer special sake pairings and hand roll-making classes.
Members can book up to four tickets between Thursday, August 28, at noon and August 31, at 5:00 p.m. ET. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking). All sales are final, and bookings close on August 31 at 5 p.m. ET.
Recurring Bilt Rent Day Promotions
Bilt “Rent Free” game show with 20 free rent winners
The “Rent Free” game show is back. Each month features a different celebrity host. This time, comedian, actor, and illustrator Matgteo Lane will host the show. On September 1, 10 winners will have up to $2,500 of their rent covered by Bilt, along with a signed copy of Matteo Lane's cookbook, “Your Pasta Sucks.”
Starting Wednesday, August 27 at noon Eastern Time, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by September 1 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.
The top 10 scorers will each receive a free month of rent, valued at up to $2,500, and a signed copy of Matteo Lane's cookbook, “Your Pasta Sucks.” The next 100 players will earn 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 after that will receive 100 points.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X points.

Bilt double points earnings promotion
As usual, Bilt is offering double points earnings on Rent Day. On September 1, 2025, Bilt Mastercard holders will automatically earn 6X (instead of 3X) on dining, 4X (instead of 2X) on travel, and 2X (instead of 1X) on all other spending, excluding rent and tax payments.
Cardholders can earn up to 1,000 bonus points from Rent Day purchases. Also, remember you must make at least five purchases per statement period to earn any points with the Bilt Mastercard.

Rent Day Highlights the Value of the Bilt Mastercard
It's become increasingly apparent that Rent Day promotions like these make the Bilt Mastercard even more valuable. Along with a growing list of transfer partners, the card still lets you pay rent without convenience fees — and with no annual fee (Rates & Fees).
One thing to keep in mind is that you must make at least five purchases each statement period with your Bilt Mastercard to earn full rewards. If you do not meet that threshold, you will not earn bonus points on travel, dining, or other purchases, and you will only earn a flat 250 points on your rent payment, no matter how much you pay.
Even if you hit the five-purchase minimum, rent points are capped at 100,000 points per calendar year. For most people, making five purchases a month is an easy task, but it is an important requirement if you want to maximize your rewards.
- 3x points on dining
- 2x points on travel
- 1x points on rent payments without the transaction fee (up to 100,000 points each calendar year)
- 1x points on other purchases

Our Take
This month, Bilt has made several changes to its Rent Day promotions. The main offer is a transfer bonus to Virgin Red Points, but only for select members. Members can also get exclusive tickets for the One Bite Pizza Festival on September 13 and a private Leon Bridges performance in Fort Worth on October 7.
There's no Bilt Neighborhood Cafe offer this month, and there are significantly fewer comedy and dining venues this month. On the other hand, the Barry's Bootcamp partnership has now expanded nationwide, and Bilt members can book classes at 52 locations.
All that said, Bilt continues to make the Bilt Rent Day a key event for cardholders to mark on their calendar. Whether you're aiming for a great redemption bonus, double points on purchases, a dining or comedy experience, or a chance to win a free month of rent, Bilt Rent Day shows that the Bilt Mastercard is one of the best cards to have in your wallet.
