Hilton Honors launched a promotion that awards 1,000 bonus points for Delta flights on fares beyond standard economy. To take advantage of the offer, you must register by July 19, 2024, and the promotion is valid for travel through September 19, 2024.

How To Earn up to 6K Hilton Points on Delta Flights
The Delta-Hilton promotion is pretty simple. Here's an overview of the main points:
- Earn 1,000 bonus points per one-way Delta One, First Class, Delta Premium Select, or Comfort+ flight.
- The promotion is valid for travel through September 19, 2024.
- The promotion is valid for six one-way flights for a maximum of 6,000 points.
- The offer only applies to tickets booked through Delta channels.
- To receive the promotion, you must be signed into our Delta account at the time of booking.
- The promotion is only valid for Delta tickets (tickets starting with “006”)
- Bookings made prior to registration are ineligible for the promotion.
- The names on your Delta SkyMiles and Hilton Honors accounts must match.
- Hilton members must select Delta as their preferred travel partner on their Hilton account.
- Allow 6-8 weeks for the bonus points to post to your account.
To take advantage of this promotion, you're required to register by July 19, 2024. Then you'll earn bonus points on bookings made after registration.
Should You Take Advantage of This Hilton Honors Promotion?
If you regularly fly in Delta's premium cabins, this promotion is worth it since you'll net bonus Hilton Honors points without going out of your way. Registration is free, and you will earn bonus points for flights in cabins you would have flown in anyways. However, if you are looking to change your future travel plans to benefit from the promotion, it's likely not worth the hassle of canceling and rebooking.
Consider that, on average, AwardWallet members have been able to leverage their Hilton Honors points for 0.59¢ apiece. Therefore, if you maximize the promotion to its fullest extent, earning 6,000 Hilton Honors points, you'll collect roughly $35 worth of Hilton points. Considering the additional costs of booking premium cabins, this promo is clearly nothing worth getting excited over.

Although underwhelming, this promotion is handy if you're already planning to fly in Delta's premium cabins. After spending a few seconds to register, you'll be set to earn up to 6,000 bonus Hilton Honors points. But you should manage your enthusiasm. This promotion is nowhere near lucrative enough to make you consider changing pre-existing travel patterns or overpaying for a fare you wouldn't otherwise book to benefit from 1,000 Hilton points per flight.
