Choice Hotels regularly offers lucrative promotions, whether for discounted stays or bonus points. The newest promotion offers 8,000 bonus points every two stays completed by July 7, while another offers savings of up to 23% on paid stays of 3+ nights within the United States through May 31.
Here’s everything you need to know to take advantage of the current Choice Privileges offers.
Earn 8,000 Bonus Points Every Two Stays
For a limited time, Choice Privileges members can earn 8,000 bonus points for every two stays, up to a maximum of 32,000 bonus points. Before you check in to your first qualifying stay, you'll need to register for the promotion.
Registration and booking are open through July 6, 2026, but you'll need to complete qualifying stays by July 7, 2026. Note that WoodSpring Suites hotels are not participating in this promotion.
Interestingly, this is being marketed as a promotion to earn a gas gift card. Through August 6, 2026, you can redeem just 8,000 bonus points for a $50 gift card to BP, Chevron and Texaco, Sheetz, or Shell. Starting August 7, the price of a gift card will return to normal.
However, there's nothing in the terms and conditions that state you must redeem your bonus points for a gift card. On average, AwardWallet users redeem Choice Privileges points for 1.25¢ apiece, so 8,000 points are worth $100. You'd cut that value in half by redeeming your rewards for a $50 gift card.
Save up to 23% on Stays of 3+ Nights
Choice's Spring Sale has been extended. You can save 20% when you book a stay of three nights or more at participating U.S. properties by May 29, 2026, and complete your stay by May 31, 2026. Choice Privileges members may receive an additional 3% or more off. The discount applies to the Best Available Rate.

General Choice Promotions Terms and Conditions

- Discounted stays: Stays booked at rates below US$40 per night, reward night stays, certain hotel-initiated promotions, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a third-party online retailer, including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends and family discount are not eligible.
- Brands: Stays at WoodSpring Suites, Mainstay Suites, Everhome Suites, Suburban Studios, and Ascend Hotel Collection all-inclusive resorts, among others, are not eligible for promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Countries: Some Choice promotions are not eligible in specific countries.

Final Thoughts
Slowly but surely, Choice Privileges is adding more promotions. The newest offer is arguably the most interesting: Registered members can earn 8,000 bonus points every two stays through July 7, 2026. If you’re looking to stockpile some Choice points, this is an offer worth taking advantage of.
