IHG's newest promotion awards travelers double points starting on your second stay after registering. This promotion applies to stays between January 1 and March 31, 2025, so you have plenty of time to take advantage of it.
The best part about this offer is that your rewards are unlimited; you can repeat this offer as many times as you want during the stay period.
Additionally, this promotion is valid at “participating IHG Hotels & Resorts properties,” which should mean most IHG brands. Leveraging this offer is an easy way to stockpile rewards for your next free (or nearly free) night.

Terms and conditions
- Register during the stay period (January 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025).
- Earn unlimited 2X points starting from your second qualifying stay during the stay period.
- A qualifying stay is at least one night at a participating hotel booked at a qualifying rate, with a minimum spend of $30 per night.
- Reward nights, Points & Cash bookings, and reservations made through third-party sites (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) do not qualify.
- Only one member per room and one room per night earns points under this promotion.
- 2X points include base points plus bonus points, equal to twice the base points earned for the stay. Elite or other promotional points are not included.
Download the IHG App, Get 500 Bonus Points
If you're an IHG One Rewards member and haven't already downloaded the IHG app, now is a good time to do so. First, you'll need to register for this promotion. After doing so, download the IHG app and log in before June 30, 2025; you'll earn 500 bonus points. It's not a lot of points, but you barely have to do anything to get them.
You can download the IHG app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you do so, you can log into your IHG account to claim the bonus. It's worth noting that members who have previously downloaded the app aren't eligible.
Installing the IHG app is a good idea, even if you won't use it often. It makes hotel bookings and stays easier, and some IHG promotions are only available if you book through the app.
