Accor Hotels offers several subscription programs to get discounts, earn Status Nights, and receive other benefits, all of which are now tied into the new Accor subscription hub. There's a lot to decipher, so we'll compare each offering to help you decide which is right for you.

In short, Accor ALL Plus offers up to a 20% discount on hotel stays at select brands and 20 free Status Nights. ALL Accor+ Explorer offers free nights in the Asia Pacific, 15% discounts at over two dozen brands worldwide, and 30 free status nights. Accor Signature offers bonus points and bonus Status Points, plus other benefits in South America.

Here's a guide to all memberships available in the Accor subscription hub.

Overview of the Accor Subscription Hub

On October 1, 2025, Accor launched its new subscription hub. This hub allows members to easily sign up for membership in three of Accor's four subscription programs: ALL Plus, Accor+ Explorer, and ALL Signature. The only membership missing is Accor Plus 2.0, which exists specifically for stays in China.

Each of the Accor subscription programs comes with discounts for specific brands or monthly bonus points, the occasional bonus points or discount promotion, and free Status Nights or Status Points.

The biggest change with the new hub is that the free Status Nights you can earn annually are now capped at 30. In other words, you can no longer sign up for ALL Plus Voyageur for 20 Status Nights in Europe, and ALL Accor+ Explorer for 30 more Status Nights in Asia, and expect to receive 50 Status Nights. Most benefits of these cards now apply globally, but with two cards, you can only earn a maximum of 30 Status Nights annually.

What Is Accor ALL Plus?

Accor ALL Plus is a two-tiered subscription program where members can get a discount on stays:

  • ALL Plus Ibis Card: 15% discount at Ibis brand hotels, plus 10 Status Nights
  • ALL Plus Voyageur Card: 20% discount at luxury and premium brands, 15% discount on midscale and economy brands, plus 20 Status Nights

As of October 1, 2025, stays at Fairmont and Raffles receive a 15% discount with the Voyageur card. Furthermore, the 20% discount at luxury and premium brands only applies to stays booked by January 14, 2026. These discounts can be applied to up to two rooms on the same booking. However, you can't combine this discount with any other discount or Accor promotions.

In addition to a discount on stays and Status Nights, both tiers guarantee your room up to two days before your stay (a Gold status benefit) and access to premium customer care. Discounts are not applied to these last-minute bookings.

Both tiers come with a card to use when booking or upon check-in to get your benefits. If you're interested in subscribing to either plan, you can do that here.

ALL Plus Ibis

ALL Plus Ibis is the tier for budget travelers. The fee is €99 (~$115) per year, and members receive a 15% discount at the following brands: Ibis Budget, Ibis, and Ibis Styles.

ALL Plus Ibis cardholders also receive 10 free Status Nights. That's enough to instantly bump you to Silver status level — or boost you toward a higher tier if you have already accumulated elite nights.

ALL Plus Voyageur

This tier gives a better discount and more Status Nights. The price recently dropped from €199 to €179 (~$208) per year. With this subscription, members will get a 20% discount at the following luxury and premium brands through January 14, 2026:

  • Luxury: Sofitel, SO/, Sofitel LEGEND, MGallery
  • Premium: Grand Mercure, 21C Museum Hotels, Mondrian, Mövenpick, Pullman, The Sebel, Adagio Premium, Swissôtel

The brands have a 15% discount:

  • Luxury: Fairmont, Raffles
  • Midscale: Handwritten Collection, Adagio Original, Mercure, Novotel, Tribe
  • Economy: Ibis Budget, Ibis, and Ibis Styles, Greet, Adagio Access

On top of the discount, Voyageur cardholders also receive 20 free Status Nights. That gets you two-thirds of the way to Gold status if you're starting from scratch.

ALL Accor+ Explorer Subscription

ALL Accor+ Explorer is the top-level membership card for Accor ALL members. This membership costs €200 or $229 per year, and comes with the best benefits, including several specifically for stays in the Asia Pacific.

If you get an Accor+ Explorer membership by December 31, 2025, you will also earn 2,000 bonus points, worth $46.

  • 2 free nights to use at hotels and resorts in the Asia Pacific
  • Up to 50% Red Hot Rooms in the Asia Pacific
  • Up to 30% off food and 15% off drinks for up to 10 people in the Asia Pacific
  • 10% food and beverage discount for groups of 11-20 in the Asia Pacific
  • 15% off all stays at over 27 brands worldwide
  • 30 free Status Nights

While this subscription specifically gives benefits for hotels in 22 countries across the Asia Pacific, it also offers the ALL Plus Voyageur benefit of 15% off stays worldwide.

However, the biggest benefit is the 30 free Status Nights. That's enough to instantly boost you to ALL Gold Elite status. Gold Elite comes with guaranteed room availability three days before arrival, an upgrade to the next room category, and early check-in or late check-out.

Two free nights benefit

The two free nights benefit is also called the buy-one-get-one-free benefit. In other words, you must book a minimum of a two-night stay. Before October 1, 2025, this benefit only included one free night per year.

To get this benefit, toggle “Use My Stay Plus” when booking to get the second night free. You must still pay for the first night of the stay. This benefit isn't available with a one-night stay.

This benefit is only available for stays at Accor hotels and resorts in the Asia Pacific. At some hotels, a three-night minimum stay may apply.

Food and beverage discounts

The standard dining benefit for Accor ALL+ Explorer members is 30% food and 15% off drinks. However, Accor has a long list of excluded brands, excluded hotels, modifications to the benefit, and blackout dates. Some hotels only offer a 15% discount on both food and drinks.

If you have an Explorer+ membership and are counting on a discount on dining, make sure to check the list of variations to the benefit.

Most notably, the dining benefit is not available at hotels in the Banyan Group across the Asia Pacific. This applies to the following brands:

  • Banyan Tree
  • Angsana
  • Garrya
  • Dhawa
  • Homm

Additionally, the following hotel restaurants do not have any dining benefits for Explorer+ members:

ALL Signature Subscription

ALL Signature is a different type of membership, and focuses more on earning points in South American countries than on savings. Members who subscribe to ALL Signature can earn up to 5,000 bonus points per month, an additional 5,000 bonus points every four months, and 1,000 bonus Status Points each month.

Although ALL Signature was the membership program specifically for Brazil and the rest of South America, it doesn't say anywhere that you have to be a resident of South America to join or that the bonus points are valid only there. You should be able to redeem bonus points earned through an ALL Signature subscription worldwide, and they never expire.

Furthermore, members get an extra 10% points when transferring points from eligible partners. However, the partners are in South America, so that benefit probably won't apply to U.S. residents. Eligible partners include Tudo Azul, Livelo, Smiles, and LATAM Pass.

Should You Sign Up for an Accor ALL Membership?

It's hard to find any disadvantages to Accor ALL Plus. The annual fee of 99 or 179 euros could easily be recovered in a single stay using the 15-20% discount, depending on your booking.

Say you stay 10 nights a year at eligible luxury or premium brands. If you average spending 200 euros per night, you'd save roughly 200 euros (~$219) after accounting for the 199 subscription fee. You might pay more or less, so you need to adjust this figure based on your own travel habits.

However, even if you only stayed five nights a year at this price, you would still come out ahead by buying an Accor ALL Plus Voyageur membership. And don't forget your free Status Nights and guaranteed room availability.

Free Status Nights

The lowest membership, ALL Plus Ibis, gives 10 free Status Nights. This guarantees Silver status — which benefits include a welcome drink, priority welcome, and late check-out. ALL Plus Voyageur gives 20 free Status Nights, and ALL Accor+ Explorer gives 30 free Status Nights, which automatically gives you Gold status.

Previously, you could purchase multiple subscriptions and potentially earn more than 30 Status Nights. As of October 1, 2025, the number of status nights you can earn is capped at 30. However, if you already have earned Status Nights from stays, the bonus status nights could boost you to Gold or Platinum status.

Accor says that members will receive the free Status Nights within one day of signing up for or renewing their Accor ALL Plus subscription.

Guaranteed room availability

Perhaps the most significant benefit of both tiers is the guaranteed room availability up to two days before check-in. That's usually a Gold status benefit and could make an enormous difference in your travels, especially with how busy some cities are getting these days.

Note that this benefit guarantees you a room, not a specific type of room.

Disadvantages of Accor ALL Plus

The only real disadvantage to Accor subscriptions is the limited number of brands. The Accor portfolio now includes over 40 brands and continues to expand. The ALL Plus Ibis card only gives a discount on three brands, the ALL Plus Voyageur card gives a discount on 24 brands, and the ALL Accor+ Explorer card gives a discount at over 30 brands.

Furthermore, select hotels in these brands are not participating in the Accor ALL Plus program. Depending on your destination, that could prevent you from using your card at the Accor hotel of your choice. Make sure to check the list of select hotels that aren't participating to ensure you can still get your discount.

The good news is that, as of October 2025, Accor's most famous luxury brands — Fairmont and Raffles — also receive discounts.

Accor has a more prominent presence overseas, with less than 10% of its 5,700 hotels in the Americas. But if you're an ALL member, you probably know that already and are using the program for your international travels.

Our Take

If you're an ALL member, you should consider an Accor ALL Plus subscription. Between the discounts or bonus points, the free Status Nights, and the guaranteed room availability, you're bound to get your money's worth.

As each subscription has unique benefits, you will need to decide which card works best for you. If you prefer to stay at Ibis hotels, stick with the Accor Plus Ibis card. If you want better discounts and more status nights, go with the Accor Plus Voyageur card or the ALL Accor+ card for the free nights and extra discounts in the Asia Pacific.

You could also consider getting the Accor Signature card if you prefer to earn bonus points and Status Points to apply to future stays. That's going to depend on whether you prefer to get direct discounts on your stays or use points for free nights.
