The Department of Homeland Security has announced the addition of 7 new airlines to TSA Pre✓. The addition occurred in two phases with 6 airlines joining earlier in May 2018 and British Airways joining around the middle of May. This latest addition brings the total number of TSA Pre✓ participating airlines to 53 (now 54).

Which Airlines Have Been Added
The 7 airlines added in May 2018 are:
- Air Serbia
- British Airways
- Condor Airlines
- Porter Airlines
- Scandinavian Airlines
- Thomas Cook Airlines (UK)
- Thomas Cook Airlines (Scandanavia)
Enrolling In TSA Pre✓
Enrolling in TSA Pre✓ is open to US Citizens and nationals. To enroll, you need to submit an online application, attend a 10-minute interview that includes a background check and digital fingerprinting. Successful enrollees will then be issued a Known Traveler Number (KTN), which you can add to your bookings with participating airlines. Membership is 5 years and priced at $85, which can easily be offset through a slew of premium credit cards that offer a statement credit for your TSA Pre✓ enrollment when you charge the fee to your card.
Our Take
With 92% of TSA travelers getting through security in 5 min or less, if you're a frequent traveler and don't have TSA Pre✓, you're missing out.

I like the idea, however, my main complaint they should allow people to register during the weekends.
Would’ t things get slowed down when everyone signs up for TSA PreChecked?
BA & SAS are likely the only on’es I’ll ever fly, but we do use BA with some regularity, so this is a welcome addition.
Happy to see BA here
Great that more airlines are part of this now. Soon everyone will have precheck.
Its cool to have Condor on the List!
I got TSA precheck and global entry basically for free with a US Bank flexperks card.
Finally!
Took too long for BA to join the list
Love the addition of BA to the list!
Pre-check is definitely easier, particularly for international flights and if your credit card will provide a statement credit to offset the cost, that’s even better.
Any time TSA is mentioned, I tense up.
I need to get around to getting approved for this.
I’m getting the impression that the government wants everyone to be TSA PreChecked. I’m sure it would be a lot easier for them. Since SouthWest is offering miles if you wait too long and people are complaining about the regular line being shorter sometimes, how long it’ll take for everything to be converted over to and everyone PreChecked? Wonder what they’ll call it then.
Wow BA was looong overdue…
Cant believe it took this long for BA to join.
I hope the staff working can cope the increasing number of passengers….
Wow, that’s impressive!
So many cards come with TSA benefits, which makes it worthless.
Get it for the whole family!
You’re not glad about Air Serbia being added?
I know I certainly couldn’t sleep when I heard about it! The excitement was overwhelming.
Yay! I hope the pre-check line can handle all the extra passengers.
BA is the big news here
I’m so glad that BA was added!
