If you've ever dreamed of redeeming Hilton Honors points for an oceanfront villa, a luxury resort, or a bucket-list international getaway, the granddaughter of hotel magnate Conrad Hilton may give you your best chance yet.

Hilton Honors has teamed up with celebrity influencer Paris Hilton for one of the largest loyalty promotions in the program's history: a giveaway of more than one billion Hilton Honors points throughout the summer. The campaign, appropriately dubbed the “Summer of Points,” combines celebrity influence with the power of one of the world's largest hotel loyalty programs.

Hilton Honors confirmed that members will have multiple opportunities to win points throughout the promotion period, so here's how to participate.

Hilton Honors Summer of Points Overview

Paris Hilton announced the giveaway on Instagram on June 11, 2026, to her more than 26 million followers with the caption, “I’m kicking off another Summer of Sliving by giving away my 1 billion Hilton Honors Points to you icons. And you know I live for tea, so tell me, how would you spend my Points?”

The giveaway throughout the summer and includes weekly giveaways, surprise point drops, and charitable initiatives involving Hilton Honors points.

While not every point is being awarded directly to individual members, Hilton says millions of points will be distributed through weekly sweepstakes and surprise giveaways, while hundreds of millions of additional points will support charitable causes through its “Points for Good” initiative.

The campaign is designed to showcase the value of Hilton Honors points and encourage members to think bigger about their future travel plans.

How to Participate in Hilton's Summer of Points Promotion

Hilton says travelers should follow both Hilton Honors and Paris Hilton throughout the summer for opportunities to enter weekly giveaways and take part in surprise point drops. Specific eligibility requirements and sweepstakes rules vary depending on the promotion.

Even if you don't win one of the larger prizes, the promotion serves as a reminder of the value that hotel loyalty points can provide. A relatively modest points balance can still unlock free nights, upgrades, and memorable travel experiences that might otherwise cost hundreds or thousands of dollars.

To enter, all you need to do is enter your name, email, Hilton Honors number, and address in this form. Be sure to keep an eye on your inbox.

Putting This Hilton Giveaway Into Perspective

To put one billion points into perspective, Hilton Honors redemptions can start at 5,000 points per night at select properties (though often much higher), while luxury resorts often require between 80,000 and 250,000 points per night.

That means one billion points could theoretically fund more than 200,000 nights at hotels requiring 5,000 points per night or more than 10,000 nights at luxury properties charging 100,000 points per night. But in reality, it'll be somewhere in between.

And not that we did the math, but considering that AwardWallet users redeem Hilton points for an average of 0.62¢ each, one billion Hilton points are worth approximately $6.2 million toward award stays.

The sheer scale of the giveaway makes it one of the largest loyalty promotions currently running in the travel industry.

This offer spotlights some of Hilton's best properties

Hilton is using the promotion to spotlight some of its most aspirational redemption opportunities. Featured properties include luxury brands such as:

  • Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique
  • Conrad Punta de Mita
  • Conrad Bali
  • Hotel del Coronado
  • Canopy by Hilton Cannes
  • Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort

Many of these properties typically cost hundreds of dollars per night when paying cash, but they can be booked for less using Hilton Honors points when standard room award availability exists.

Whether you're saving for a luxury resort stay, a family beach trip, or an international adventure, this may be one of the most rewarding Hilton giveaways we've seen in years.

And while it formally ends on July 23, 2026, there are giveaways every week. So, to give yourself the best chance of winning something, be sure to enter as soon as possible.
