This year, Bilt launched a new portfolio of cards with even more benefits. As of yet, none of the cards give any special benefits on Rent Day, but we can see if that changes in the future. Bilt Rent Day Promotions for February 2026
There's a lot on offer during Bilt Rent Day — and some of these offers are kicking off before February 1.
Up to 125% transfer bonus to Accor ALL Points
Accor is a long-term partner with Bilt. In the past, we've seen status matches to Accor and other transfer bonus opportunities on Bilt Rent Day. This February, members can get up to a 125% transfer bonus when transferring Bilt Rewards Points to Accor ALL points.
Normally, Bilt Rewards Points transfer to Accor at a 3:2 ratio, or 3,000 Bilt Points to 2,000 Accor points, which is worth 40 euros for an Accor stay. On February 1, Bilt members will receive up to a 100% transfer bonus, depending on their elite status:
- 25% bonus for Blue members (6:5 ratio)
- 50% bonus for Silver members (1:1 ratio)
- 75% bonus for Gold members (6:7 ratio)
- 100% bonus for Platinum members (3:4 ratio)
What's unique about this Bilt Rent Day is the ability to purchase up to the next tier status to get that transfer bonus. For $75 of Bilt Cash, members can buy one tier up for that transfer bonus. Blue can buy up to Silver, Silver can buy up to Gold, and Gold can buy up to Platinum. Platinum members can pay $75 of Bilt Cash to get a 125% Accor transfer bonus.
Members can not increase more than one status tier. The next status tier does not apply after February 1.
The transfer bonus is only available on February 1. If you try to make a transfer before the 1st, you will receive a warning.
Beast Games 2 Snack Bundle
Bilt members can purchase a special snack bundle this Bilt Rent Day to celebrate MrBeast's second season of Beast Games on Amazon Prime. The bundle costs $19 or 1,500 Bilt Rewards Points (non-refundable), and includes the following:
- A mix of Feastables chocolates
- Jack Link's MrBeast Jerky
- Chocolate Protein Milk
- Prime Hydration's Berry Freeze
- Caramel Milk Chocolate Bar
- Peanut Butter Cups
The package is available in the Bilt Collection now, while supplies last. The box will ship within 1-2 weeks of the order.
Bilt Rent Day Neighborhood Benefits
Bilt Neighborhood Cafe
The Bilt Neighborhood Cafe, located at 31 Bond Street in New York, doesn't have any specials or collaborations this month.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood Fitness Experiences
For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt members can reserve one of 875 spots (previously 700) for SoulCycle classes at 54 participating locations. Available bike quantities vary by location.
Bilt has a nationwide partnership with Barry's Bootcamp, and 520 slots (previously 500) are available for classes at participating Barry’s Bootcamp locations. Only 10 spots are available per Barry's Bootcamp location.
Booking opens on Wednesday, January 28, at noon Eastern Time, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m.
Note: All fitness class sales are final. You cannot cancel your class to get a refund.
Rent Day Ride sweepstakes
In addition, one lucky SoulCycle Rent Day Ride participant will win a free month of rent valued at up to $2,500. Members can also enter the free rent sweepstakes without booking a class. To do so, send your valid home address, name, and email address to rentdayride.giveaway@biltrewards.com.
If the winning member attends a SoulCycle class, they will be informed at the class. If they enter by email, they will be notified via social media (specifically Instagram). Prizes over $600 require members to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within seven days.
Bilt Neighborhood Comedy and Dining Experiences
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy and Dining Experiences have become a Rent Day staple. On February 1, Bilt has the largest list of exclusive dining experiences to date. A whopping 42 restaurants across 8 cities are available to book for dining experiences, three times as many as last month.
Two types of comedy experiences are available this month. Club experiences are standard comedy shows with two drinks included at most venues, and tickets are $30-$40 per person or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points. Bespoke comedy experiences are premium shows held at unique venues, complete with two drinks and light bites included. These tickets are $75 per person or 5,000 Bilt Points. Each venue has individual dates for its shows.
Dining experience venues offer a multi-course tasting menu of two to four courses, or an omakase. Bondi Sushi locations also offer special sake pairings, which you can purchase when booking. Tickets range from $35 to $60, depending on the menu. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout for $20-$46 at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking). Members can also use Bilt Points to book dining experiences and add-ons.
Tickets can be booked starting at 12:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, January 28. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time. Dining experiences close at 5:00 p.m. ET on January 31, or at 5 p.m. on the day before launch events in New York and Nashville. Comedy experience tickets are available up to 11 a.m. on the day of each show, or until sold out.
Members can book up to 4 tickets for unlimited comedy and dining experiences this month. All sales are final.

Recurring Bilt Rent Day Promotions
Bilt “Rent Free” game show: win up to a free YEAR of rent
The “Rent Free” game show is back and better than ever. Each month features a different celebrity host. This month, the world's largest YouTuber, MrBeast, will host the show and is massively upping the rewards.
On February 1, the best scorer will receive a full year of rent, up to $30,000, and the next 50 best scorers will receive one month of rent, up to $2,500, covered by Bilt. The next 100 players will earn 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 after that will receive 100 Points.
Starting Tuesday, January 27, at noon Eastern Time, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by February 1 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X Points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X Points.

Bilt double Points earnings promotion
As usual, Bilt is offering double Points earnings on Rent Day. On February 1, Bilt cardholders will automatically earn 6X (instead of 3X) on dining, 4X (instead of 2X) on travel, and 2X (instead of 1X) on all other spending, excluding rent and tax payments.
Cardholders can earn up to 1,000 bonus Points from Rent Day purchases. Also, remember you must make at least five purchases per statement period to earn any Points with your Bilt Blue Card, Bilt Obsidian Card, or Bilt Palladium Card.

The Free Rent game this Bilt Rent Day comes with the chance to win a full year of rent, valued up to $30,000, and 50 top scorers winning a free month of rent. Other benefits on February 1 include an Accor transfer bonus up to 125%, the ability to buy the next elite status for a better bonus, and the longest list of Neighborhood Dining Experiences.
Bilt continues to make Bilt Rent Day a key event for cardholders to mark on their calendar. If you still have a Bilt Mastercard, remember that you only have until January 30 to convert that card to a new Bilt card. Otherwise, it will convert to Wells Fargo Autograph® Card on February 7.
