Bilt’s final Rent Day of 2025 is going out with a bang. This time, the lineup includes up to a 100% Avios transfer bonus and daily gift card bonuses starting November 25 and running through December 1.
Recurring Rent Day promotions are back, too, giving members the chance to win free rent, earn double points, claim free workout classes, and enjoy exclusive dining and comedy experiences on December 1, 2025.

Bilt Rent Day Promotion for December 2025
Up to 100% Avios transfer bonus
On December 1, Bilt Rewards members can take advantage of a transfer bonus when moving Bilt Points to Avios-utilizing airlines — British Airways, Aer Lingus, and Iberia.
The bonus you receive depends on your Bilt elite status:
- Blue members: 50% bonus
- Silver members: 60% bonus
- Gold members: 75% bonus
- Platinum members: 100% bonus
Bilt Points normally transfer to Avios at a 1:1 ratio. This promotion increases that rate to as much as 2 miles per Bilt Point for Platinum members. Transfers start at 2,000 Bilt Points for Blue members and 1,000 points for all other members.
Should you transfer Bilt Points to Avios?
The average AwardWallet user redeems Bilt Points for about 2.03¢ each. On the other hand, Avios have various values, depending on the airline — 3.73¢ for Aer Lingus, 2.55¢ for British Airways, and 2.98¢ for Iberia.
In other words, this transfer bonus should open the doors to plenty of value.
7 Days of Gifting
Starting November 25, Bilt is offering a bonus on gift cards. New brands are available daily for seven days. As new brands are unlocked, they are available through December 1. Once again, the bonus amount depends on the Bilt elite status:
- Blue members: 25% bonus
- Silver members: 50% bonus
- Gold members: 75% bonus
- Platinum members: 100% bonus

Bilt Rent Day Neighborhood Benefits
Complimentary xuxo at the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe
On December 1, Bilt members can claim a complimentary xuxo from Mercado Little Spain at the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe, 31 Bond Street. Xuxo, aka xuixo, is a flaky fried pastry from Catalunya (think Barcelona) filled with rich chocolate hazelnut cream (not Nutella) and a melted chocolate dipping sauce on the side.
The cafe will offer 600 xuxos from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., or until they sell out. Simply verify your Bilt membership at the counter to receive your complimentary items. After Bilt Rent Day, the cafe will continue to offer xuxo throughout December for $3 each or $5 for two.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood Fitness experiences
For this month’s Rent Day, Bilt members can reserve one of 700 spots for SoulCycle classes at 54 participating locations. Available bike quantities vary by location.
Bilt now has a nationwide partnership with Barry's Bootcamp, and 500 slots are available for classes at participating Barry’s Bootcamp locations. Only 10 spots are available per Barry's Bootcamp location. The newest location is in Charleston, SC. The Hamptons studio is not active during the off-season, and the Hollywood studio is now closed.
Booking opens on Wednesday, November 26, at noon Eastern Time, available in person or through the Bilt app on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m.
Note: All fitness class sales are final. You can not cancel your class without incurring a fee.
Rent Day Ride sweepstakes
In addition, one lucky SoulCycle Rent Day Ride participant will win a free month of rent valued at up to $2,500.
Members can also enter the free rent sweepstakes without booking a class. To do so, send your valid home address, name, and email address to rentdayride.giveaway@biltrewards.com.
If the winning member attends a SoulCycle class, they will be informed at the class. If they enter by email, they will be notified via social media (specifically Instagram). Prizes over $600 require members to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within seven days.
Bilt Neighborhood Comedy
Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy experiences have become a Rent Day staple and continue to expand rapidly. And two types of comedy experiences are available this month.
Club experiences are standard comedy shows with two drinks included, and tickets are $30-$40 per person or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points. Signature comedy experiences are premium shows held at unique venues, complete with two drinks and light bites included. These tickets are $75-$125 per person or 5,000-8,500 Bilt Points.
This month, 18 venues are available across 13 cities. Some venues will have special experiences, including Santa Monica Pier Carousel, The Ruins in Seattle, Studio 50 in Boston's Prudential Center, Harris' Restaurant in San Francisco, Georgia Room in NYC, and The Gunshow in Atlanta.

Members can book up to four seats for December shows. Tickets are available from noon on November 26 up to 11 a.m. on the day of each show, or until sold out. As usual, Gold and Diamond members get a 10-minute head start to buy tickets. Each venue has individual dates for its shows. All sales are final.
Neighborhood Dining
Bilt’s exclusive dining experiences are returning on December 1. This month, 32 restaurants in 7 cities are available to book. Each venue offers a multi-course tasting menu of two to four courses, or an omakase. Bondi Sushi locations also offer special sake pairings, which you can purchase when booking.

Members can book up to four tickets between 12:00 p.m. ET on November 26 and 5:00 p.m. ET on November 30. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. Eastern Time.
Tickets are $40, $60, or $75, depending on the menu. Members can also book tickets with Bilt Rewards points. Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout for $30-$46 at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking).
All sales are final, and bookings close on November 30 at 5 p.m. ET.
Recurring Bilt Rent Day Promotions
Bilt “Rent Free” game show with 10 free rent winners
The “Rent Free” game show is back. Each month features a different celebrity host. This time, powerhouse comedian Zarna Garg will host the show. On December 1, 10 winners will have up to $2,500 of their rent covered by Bilt.
Starting Monday, November 25, at noon Eastern Time, members can try to guess the top three answers to the posed questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by December 1 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Check the Bilt app at 4:00 p.m. to see your results.
The top 10 scorers will each receive a free month of rent, valued at up to $2,500. The next 100 players will earn 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 after that will receive 100 points.
There are three ways you can score during the game:
- Correctly pick one of the top three answers.
- Correctly rank that answer on the board for 2X points.
- If the celebrity guest picks the same answer as you did, receive 3X points.

Bilt collaboration with Zarna Garg
In addition to hosting Rent Free this month, Zarna has other opportunities for Bilt members.
From January to June 2026, Bilt members can purchase tickets for Zara's shows at 30 venues nationwide. Tickets include VIP seating and an exclusive Bilt group meet-and-greet with Zarna after the show. Purchase your tickets through the Bilt App with cash or points.
Bilt members can also purchase Zarna Garg's deeply personal and hilarious memoir, “This American Woman.” The book is available in the Bilt App for $15 or 1,000 Bilt Rewards points, while supplies last.
Bilt double points earnings promotion
As usual, Bilt is offering double points earnings on Rent Day. On December 1, 2025, Bilt Mastercard holders will automatically earn 6X (instead of 3X) on dining, 4X (instead of 2X) on travel, and 2X (instead of 1X) on all other spending, excluding rent and tax payments.
Cardholders can earn up to 1,000 bonus points from Rent Day purchases. Also, remember you must make at least five purchases per statement period to earn any points with the Bilt Mastercard.

Rent Day Highlights the Value of the Bilt Mastercard
It's become increasingly apparent that Rent Day promotions like these make the Bilt Mastercard (no longer open to new applicants) even more valuable. Along with a growing list of transfer partners, the card still lets you pay rent without convenience fees — and with no annual fee (Rates & Fees).
One thing to keep in mind is that you must make at least five purchases each statement period with your Bilt Mastercard to earn full rewards. If you do not meet that threshold, you will not earn bonus points on travel, dining, or other purchases, and you will only earn a flat 250 points on your rent payment, no matter how much you pay.
Even if you hit the five-purchase minimum, rent points are capped at 100,000 points per calendar year. For most people, making five purchases a month is an easy task, but it is an important requirement if you want to maximize your rewards.

Our Take
December's Bilt Rent Day includes up to a 100% transfer bonus when transferring Bilt Points to Avios with Aer Lingus, British Airways, or Iberia. Avios are normally worth more than Bilt Rewards Points, so getting up to twice as many Avios with the transfer bonus is a great opportunity.
Another great promotion this Bilt Rent Day is 7 Days of Gifting, offering up to a 100% bonus on gift cards for seven days through December 1.
The only other unique offers this month are a complimentary xuxo from the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe on December 1, and tickets for Zarna Garg's show and her book. Unfortunately, fewer venues and cities are available this month for comedy and dining experiences.
Members can now book up to 700 slots for Soul Cycle classes and 500 slots at participating Barry's Bootcamp locations nationwide.
All that said, Bilt continues to make the Bilt Rent Day a key event for cardholders to mark on their calendar. Whether you're aiming for a great redemption bonus, double points on purchases, a dining or comedy experience, or a chance to win a free month of rent, Bilt Rent Day shows that the Bilt Mastercard is one of the best cards to have in your wallet.
