If you’re a member of the Starwood Preferred Guest program — or if you register to become one — you can earn unlimited bonus Starpoints on your stays at participating Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts through February 15th, 2017. While the promotion goes on for several more months, don’t delay in registering for the promotion; you’ll only earn these points if you register by November 15th, 2016.

The promotion includes properties in 12 states as well as one each in Mexico and Canada. Here’s how it works: for your first night staying at one of the participating properties during the promotional period, you’ll earn 1,000 bonus Starpoints. For each additional night spent at one of these hotels during the promotional period, you’ll earn 2,000 more Starpoints. So if you spend five nights at a participating Le Méridien property before February 15th, 2017, you’ll earn 9,000 bonus Starpoints.

Here’s how to get started:

• If you’re not yet a Starwood Preferred Guest, join the program so you can begin earning Starpoints
• Register for this unlimited earnings promotion (you’ll need your Starwood Preferred Guest login information, or your SPG information if you’re already an SPG member but don’t yet have an online account)
• Book a stay at any of the participating Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts locations for any time between the date you registered for the promotion and February 15th, 2017
• Go on your trip and enjoy your stay even more knowing you’re earning bonus Starpoints!

Our Verdict

We wouldn't go out of our way to specifically stay at aLe Méridien for this promotion; even though they are some of the nicest properties out there. That said, bonus points never hurt when you've got a stay. Registering doesn't cost a thing and only takes a few seconds.
