Capital One has added a statement credit towards TSA PreCheck or Global Entry as a benefit to holders of the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card as of June 12, 2018. Depending on the program you will receive (actual cost of enrollment) the following statement credit:

  • Up to $100 rebate on Global Entry enrollment fee
  • $85 rebate on TSA PreCheck enrollment fee

There are many credit cards that provide a statement credit towards the cost of enrollment in TSA PreCheck. These include some of the premium cards on the market like the Chase Sapphire Reserve®, American Express Platinum Card®, and the Citi Prestige® Card. The frequency of the statement credit varies with each card but is typically every 4 to 5 years.

The addition of a rebate is a great addition to the Capital One Venture, which already has an impressive list of perks and benefits. On top of the 75,000-mile signup bonus after meeting minimum spending requirements, the Capital One Venture card earns 2X on everything else.
