Choice Privileges just launched a new summer promotion, offering up to 32,000 bonus points for stays through September 2, 2025. Travelers can also still take advantage of a spring promotion offering up to 15% off select U.S. stays booked by June 1, 2025. Add in limited-time bonuses for military members and new dining members, and there are several ways to rack up extra points on upcoming Choice stays!

Here are all the details so you can take advantage of these offers.

Earn Up to 32,000 Bonus Points on Stays This Summer

Registration for Choice's newest promotion is open! The Choice Privileges 2025 summer promotion offers members bonus points after their second stay. After registering, members will earn at least 8,000 points on their second stay between May 19 and September 2, 2025. Repeat up to four times to earn at least 32,000 total points.

Choice Hotels is advertising this promotion as “Stay 2x, Get a $50 Gift Card.” Indeed, during this promotion, you can redeem 8,000 Choice points earned for a $50 gift card through October 31, 2025. That provides a redemption rate of 0.625 cents per point — slightly better than the average Choice point redemption rate of 0.6¢ each. Still, savvy AwardWallet readers may be able to stretch their Choice points even further by redeeming them for hotel stays instead.

Note that the promotion says to book by June 1 and stay by June 29, while the terms and conditions say to book by April 12 and stay by June 1. Military Members and Spouses Gold and 2,500 Bonus Points Promotion

Active, reserve, and retired military members and their spouses can claim “limited time” Gold Status. Then, they can collect 2,500 bonus points after their next qualifying stay. All they need to do is fill out this form.

Receiving 2,500 bonus points for one stay is rewarding, but the Gold status doesn't offer much value. The main benefits include early check-in, late check-out, and elite reserved parking, all based on availability. Gold members also get an elite welcome gift, which varies by property. Active military personnel and veterans can also receive a special military discount on leisure bookings.
