The 2023 U.S. Travel Association Daily Getaways returned on June 12, 2023. This year, the promotion runs from Monday to Friday from June 12 through July 5, 2023. Similar to most years, there are some excellent deals to be had — including hotel points purchases from 0.5¢ per point to cheap Vegas getaways and more.

Weeks one and two have come and gone, and we only know what's coming in week three. Here's what you can expect from Daily Getaways in the coming week.

U.S. Travel Association Daily Getaways Overview

• Offers run from Monday to Friday each week during the promotion.
• This year's promotion runs from June 12 through July 5, 2023.
• Each day's offer goes live at 1 pm U.S. Eastern Time.
• Offers are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

June 26: Las Vegas resort offers

The following Luxurious getaways are one offer, and you can purchase one of each.

• Two (2) night getaway at New York – New York: Receive two (2) nights in a suite at New York-New York Hotel & Casino, tickets to Mad Apple™ by Cirque du Soleil^®, and & dinner for two (2) at Gallagher's Steakhouse, valued at $400. The offer is valid through June 30, 2024.
• The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Receive three (3) nights in a Wraparound Terrace Suite with Fountain View at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. June 30: Purchase World of Hyatt points from 1.2 cents per point

Perhaps the best offer of Daily Getaways is scheduled for the last day of week three. You can choose from three packs of World of Hyatt points:

• 30,000 points for $396 (1.32¢ apiece) — maximum of 1 package
• 50,000 points for $660 (1.32¢ apiece) — maximum of 1 package
• 80,000 points for $960 (1.2¢ apiece) — maximum of 1 package

A single World of Hyatt account number can receive up to four points packages using this promotion (while the purchaser is limited to one of each amount). This offer is one of the highlights of this year's deals. AwardWallet members typically redeem World of Hyatt points at 2.19¢ apiece, so a purchase price of 1.2 cents per point is an absolute steal. The only issue is there are so few packages available — just 24 packages! — and they will likely sell out in miliseconds again this year.

A Note About Purchasing U.S. Travel Association Daily Getaways

The U.S. Travel Association Daily Getaways are fantastic value, but the inventory is limited, and they're available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are interested in an offer, be ready to snap it up quickly. Remember, it is not uncommon for the best deals to vanish in minutes or seconds.

If you have your eye on a specific deal, be ready to purchase the minute it goes live. This is doubly true with the best hotel point deals and vacation packages. Those with a minimal inventory vanish in the blink of an eye.

Daily Getaways Hotel Point Purchases

One thing to remember with Daily Getaways hotel point purchases is that they can be a great workaround even if they are not the best deal. If you have reached your hotel points purchase cap for a year, you can still purchase them using Daily Gateways. One of the features of the promotion is that it is outside the points purchase cap, allowing you to buy more points than you otherwise could.

Our Take

The annual U.S. Travel Association Daily Getaways can be a stunning value if you can get your hands on the right deal. For instance, the World of Hyatt points purchases (offered at a better price than typical deals to buy Hyatt points) and the various luxury getaways and park tickets are brilliant value. However, others are less lucrative and nothing to write home about.

If you plan to take advantage of a promotion, ensure you are quick off the mark since the best offers sell out quickly.
