Anyone have any idea how often Delta offers these flash sales? I just got the Delta card with a solid intro offer but won’t get the miles in time.
Typically once a month
Always happy seeing this type of promo, where there is a reduction in the number of miles for a reward flight!
A good offer especially for business.
As I travel (almost) always in economy the offer becomes les attractive.
Then the last date to book is today so it’s quite a last minute deal, even though travelling in the future.
I wish I had more miles so I could take advantage of this offer.
Some fares are actually cheaper using the pay with miles option and you will earn miles for the flight.
You may indeed find a really inexpensive flight where this would work — keep in mind that not everyone is eligible for Pay with Miles; only those that have an American Express co-branded Delta SkyMiles credit card.
here’s hoping that other carriers match this
Thanks, I hadn’t seen this elsewhere so a great opportunity to take advantage of.
great deal but too bad I needed a flight in April.
Good to know and hope to take advantage of it.
Thanks for the heads up! Wishing I still had my Delta card.
I can not take advantage of this bargain at this time, but I like to keep watching. Also might apply for a credit card from the list you have on the left side. I like that feature
Beginning on August 1 is amazing since it is kind of prime season. I am interested to know how much availability is really out
Great time to cash in those Skypesos!
Unfortunately, that is still a very appropriate name.
Indeed. There are few opportunities to extract value and this is one of them.
I need a new card. Can i get one if i ask dividend miles card
Katherine, not sure what your question is. Happy to help answer, could you explain further?
I can’t see that this is all that impressive. 50k r/t in coach? I can often get that from AS for 40k with stopovers, or 45k off peak with AA. Even UA’s regular 60k r/t awards (with a free third flight) at least match this.
Booo! I am almost completely out of Delta Skymiles!
I did find some award availability, 2 seats from ORD/AMS in August for 50,000 miles roundtrip per person.
I’ve seen them charge almost this much for some domestic trips
this is a good deal for Delta miles
Where can you find the full list of destinations?
This is a great opportunity! I will take advantage of it!
