Flying Blue is the loyalty program for two big European airlines, Air France and KLM. Each month, its Promo Rewards offer 25% off select award flights operated by either airline. These discounts can apply to economy, premium economy, or business class, depending on the route.
In July 2026, travelers can book flights from more than a dozen North American cities to Europe starting at just 18,750 miles each way in economy, 30,000 miles in premium economy, and 45,000 miles in business class! The current travel window runs through the end of December 2026, allowing travelers to plan a trip (or two) up to six months in advance for discounted rates.
Here's a look at the newest Flying Blue Promo Rewards and how to maximize them for cheap award travel.

Each month, Flying Blue discounts select economy, premium economy, and business class awards. For bookings in July 2026, the following North American (plus a couple of Caribbean) cities are discounted:

| St. Martin (SXM) | Business | 63,750 Flying Blue Miles |

Flying Blue Promo Rewards Award Pricing
Flying Blue devalued its “starting at” award prices in January 2025. Now, all routes start at 25,000 Flying Blue miles in economy, 40,000 in premium economy, or 60,000 in business class. That means a 25% discount reduces award rates between North America and Europe as low as:
- 18,750 miles each way in economy.
- 30,000 miles each way in premium economy (or 37,500 miles from the Caribbean).
- 45,000 miles each way in business class (or 63,750 miles from the Caribbean).

Example Flying Blue Promo Rewards Awards
Throughout this month’s booking window, availability is generally good for economy flights between North America and Europe. However, it's not as widespread as we've seen in recent months.
Here are some examples of the Flying Blue Promo Rewards you can book during July for travel through December of this year:
Economy between North America and Europe for 18,750 miles
Flying Blue's cheapest Promo Rewards from North America to Europe are a bargain. And there's a fair amount of availability at that 18,750-mile price point. For instance, here's what the Flying Blue award calendar shows as available between Montreal (YUL) and Amsterdam (AMS) this month:

If you want to fly further, you can do that too. Flying Blue will allow you to add a connection within Europe (and as far as Turkey) for no extra mileage cost. For example, you could fly an itinerary like Montreal (YUL) to Copenhagen (CPH), via Amsterdam (AMS), for just 18,750 miles plus taxes and fees.

Note that a couple of other discounted economy routes are only available to Flying Blue Extra subscribers. For those unfamiliar, Flying Blue Extra is a subscription program that offers several benefits, including access to “Exclusive Promo Rewards,” starting at €379 annually.
This month, subscribers can book additional routes from Atlanta (ATL) and Ottawa (YOW) starting at 18,750 miles plus taxes and fees. If you're not subscribed, you won't see these discounted routes when searching.
Premium economy between North America and Europe for 30,000 miles
This month, Flying Blue is discounting premium economy awards from four destinations — two in the U.S. and two in the Caribbean.
From the U.S., you'll find decent availability from Chicago (ORD) and Los Angeles (LAX) starting at 30,000 miles plus taxes and fees each way.

Farther south, you can also book discounted premium economy awards from Fort-de-France (FDF) and Pointe-à-Pitre (PTP), with prices starting at 37,500 miles plus taxes and fees each way.
Business class between North America and Europe for 45,000 miles
It's been a while since we've seen discounted business class awards between the U.S. and Europe. This month, though, you can book discounted business class awards between New York (JFK) and Europe starting at 45,000 Flying Blue miles plus taxes and fees. However, availability is very limited.

If you'd rather enjoy a longer transatlantic flight and don't mind positioning to St. Martin (SXM), Flying Blue Extra subscribers can book Air France business class to or from Europe for 63,750 miles each way.

Our Take
Flying Blue Promo Rewards offer a great opportunity to stretch your points and miles. The list of destinations available in July is fairly extensive, and there’s decently good award availability throughout the entire travel window. But like recent iterations of this offer, there are extra incentives to subscribe to Flying Blue Extra.
If this deal piques your interest, you can book discounted awards through December 31, 2026, as long as you make your reservation by July 31, 2026. Travel between North America and Europe is available most months for as low as 18,750 miles in economy, 30,000 miles in premium economy, and 45,000 miles in business class. And it can cost even less if you're able to take advantage of an ongoing transfer bonus.
Since Flying Blue is a transfer partner of all major transferable points programs, you can redeem for discounted awards no matter which points you collect. If there's no Promo Reward available from your airport, Flying Blue still offers several sweet spots outside of these monthly discounts.
