Washington state residents who are Delta SkyMiles members will be happy to learn that the 12Status promotion is returning once again. Like previous years, you will earn SkyMiles for every yard the Seattle Seahawks throw during the football season. This promotion is one of the easiest ways to earn Delta SkyMiles with minimal effort and time.
Delta Seahawks Promotion
Delta's promotion for Seahawks fans is returning for the 2023–2024 NFL season. As of now, over 40,000 have already signed up. Furthermore, nearly 1 billion SkyMiles have been awarded to date through the 12Status. After registering, members can earn one SkyMile for every yard the Seahawks throw during the regular season and postseason, both for home and away games.
- You must register for the 12Status promotion. If you enrolled in previous years, you will need to re-enroll this year for the promotion.
- The promotion runs for the duration of the Seahawks season, from September 10, 2023 through Sunday, January 7, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. PT — or longer if the Seahawks make a run in the playoffs.
- Earn one mile for every passing yard at Seahawks home and away games.
- The promotion is only available to residents of Washington state.
Similar to previous 12Status promotions, participants may also be eligible for Priority Boarding when flying Delta during the period of the promotion. If selected for Priority Boarding, you would board after Sky Priority but before Zone 1 boarding. This runs from September 10, 2023 through to the end of the 2023–2024 season.
New this year, members also get a 12% discount at Seahawks Pro Shop retail stores on the 12th day of each month during the season. In other words, on September 12, October 12, November 12, etc.
Unlike the first couple years of this promotion, there is no option to win a VIP pass for home games for the entire season or win gift cards at the Seahawks Pro Shop.
Our Take
This 12Status promotion is a no-brainer for Delta SkyMiles members who live in Washington state. A few seconds to register and you are on your way. Delta has given away nearly 1 billion SkyMiles to Seahawks fans since these promotions began. Even though the offer doesn't have as many perks as past years, if you're eligible, it is worth registering to earn some easy SkyMiles without any effort.

I wonder if it is as easy as changing our address to match a WA state address to take benefit of this offer?

During the 2017-18 season the Seahawks passed for 3657 yards, and the year before it was 4124 (that included 2 playoff games).
That should give you an idea of the scale of the promo.
These Washington State Delta promotions are great for Washington residents. I guess the Delta – Alaska Air dogfight continues to the benefit of residents of Washington.
