Who’s Eligible for These United Card Welcome Offers?
If you have or recently had one of these cards, you may be ineligible for a bonus on that same card. You'll find this language in each card's application terms:
“This product is not available to either (i) current Cardmembers of this credit card, or (ii) previous Cardmembers of this credit card who received a new Cardmember bonus for this credit card within the last 24 months.”

Like all Chase cards, United cards are subject to Chase’s 5/24 policy. If you’ve opened five or more personal credit cards in the previous 24 months, you likely won't be approved for this card. Additionally, Chase doesn't tend to approve anyone for more than two personal credit cards within 30 days or more than one business card within 90 days.

100k miles is a solid sign up offer. Can get a one way business class ticket to asia for that.
The quest card actually looks ok since the 250 fee is mostly covered by the flight credit and award miles.
