Bilt Rent Day Promotions for November 2026
For October's Rent Day, Bilt members could take advantage of two transfer bonuses. Unfortunately, November's Rent Day doesn't include any transfer bonuses, which have become a Rent Day staple. Instead, members can enjoy a gift card redemption bonus and a Bilt Travel Portal hotel promo. Here's what to know.
Gift Card Redemption Bonus
Your Bilt Points will be worth more when you redeem them for gift cards on November 1, based on your Bilt elite status:
- Blue: 25% bonus
- Silver: 50% bonus
- Gold: 75% bonus
- Platinum: 100% bonus
There are more than 125+ gift card brands available, making it the perfect time to stock up on gift cards ahead of the holidays.
However, this is generally not the best use of your points. Redeeming points for gift cards typically gives you a value of roughly 0.7¢ per point. Even if you are a Platinum member and get a 100% bonus, you're still getting a value of just 1.4¢. Odds are you can get higher value from your points by transferring to Bilt's partners.
Bilt Travel Portal hotel promo
The more lucrative promotion for November's Rent Day is up to $150 off a hotel stay booked through the Bilt Travel Portal. This is valid during all of Rent Week, not just on November 1.
Once you log in to your account, you will see a targeted chart showing different savings of up to $150 for hotel bookings made between October 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET and November 2, 2026, at 3:00 a.m. ET. Each member will see a three-tiered “spend and get” offer that allows you to save up to $150 on your booking. Spend thresholds will vary, but you can unlock $50, $100, or $150 by making a qualifying booking.
This offer is good for one booking at any property in the Bilt Travel Portal, and there are no blackout dates or restrictions on the length or type of stay. If you cancel your booking during the offer period, it'll be available to use again. However, it can't be applied retroactively to an existing booking or to bookings made after Rent Week ends.
For Home Away from Home bookings, the credit is applied as a statement credit to the card used to pay on Bilt. This offer can't be combined with Bilt Points or Bilt Cash at checkout, or with Bilt card travel credits.
Note: Bilt Cash expires at the end of the month, 12 months after it's earned.

Bilt’s Neighborhood Comedy and Dining Experiences have become a Rent Day staple. This month, you can access exclusive comedy experiences at 19 venues across 15 cities:

Two types of comedy experiences are available this month. Comedy Club Experiences (available at nine venues across eight cities) are standard comedy shows with two drinks included at most venues, and tickets are $30 to $40 per person or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points. Bespoke Comedy Experiences (available at 10 venues) are premium shows held at unique venues, including two drinks and light bites. These tickets are $75 per person or 5,000 Bilt Points. Each venue has its own show dates.

Booking closes at 11:00 a.m. ET on the day of each show or when sold out. You can purchase up to four tickets per member. All experiences are final sale. You can use up to $50 in Bilt Cash toward one comedy experience, and pay the remaining cost in cash.

Bilt Neighborhood Dining Experiences
On November 1, in addition to great comedy experiences, Bilt offers an extensive list of exclusive dining experiences.
Dining venues offer a three- to four-course tasting menu or an omakase. Tickets range from $35 to $78 at most restaurants, depending on the menu, and can be redeemed with 2,500 to 5,000 Bilt Points. There are also three Las Vegas tastings at Beauty & Essex, LAVO, and Hakkasan that are $125 (8,500 Bilt Points)
Premium cocktails and beverages can be added during checkout for $20 to $46 (1,500 to 3,000 Bilt Points) at most locations (add-ons are unavailable after booking). Members can also use up to $50 in Bilt Cash toward one dining experience, with the remainder paid in cash.

Rent Day Dining takes place on Sunday, November 1. You can purchase up to four seats per member per booking. Booking opens at 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 29. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. ET.
Booking closes on Saturday, October 31, at 5:00 p.m. ET for all dining experiences. Members can purchase all experiences this month with no limit, but all sales are final.
Bilt Neighborhood Magic Experience
This month, Bilt is adding something new: magic experiences. On Monday, November 9, you can visit American Cut Tribeca in New York City for an immersive night of close-up magic, mentalism, and stage illusions, hosted by Bilt and American Cut. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. for drinks and bites, and the show starts at 8:15 p.m.
Tickets cost $75 or 5,000 Bilt points, and you can use up to $50 of Bilt Cash toward entertainment experiences, with the remaining cost paid in cash. Booking opens at 12:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 29. Platinum and Gold members get early access at 11:50 a.m. ET. Booking closes at 11:00 a.m. ET on Monday, November 9. There will be 40 seats available.
You can purchase four seats per member per booking, and all experiences are final sale.
SoulCycle and Barry's Bootcamp Neighborhood Fitness Experiences
Once again, Bilt members can reserve one of 1,175 spots (increased spots from last month!) for SoulCycle classes at participating locations on Bilt Rent Day. Available bike quantities vary by location. Bilt also has a nationwide partnership with Barry's Bootcamp, offering 580 class slots at participating locations. Note that Hamptons studios are not active in the offseason. Members can also receive exclusive add-ons with both fitness partners.
Booking opens Thursday, October 29, at 12:00 p.m. ET, in person or through the Bilt app, on a first-come, first-served basis. Platinum and Gold members get early access starting at 11:50 a.m. Booking closes on Saturday, October 31, at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Free item from the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe with Mēdüzā Mediterrania
Bilt's headquarters are in the Meatpacking District in New York City. On Sunday, November 1, you can visit 837 Washington Street for a complimentary chicken shawarma or falafel, paired with a 12 oz Secret Garden beverage, from Mēdüzā.
Although technically available between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., you'll want to go early. Complimentary items are available while supplies last and are only available to Bilt members.
Bilt “Rent Free” Game Show: Win up to a Free Month of Rent
The “Rent Free” game show continues to feature one megastar after another. This month, Jennifer Lopez is hosting. She will also play along, and the better she does, the more members win free rent.
On November 1, the top ten scorers will receive a month of rent, up to $2,500. An additional rent winner will be added for every correct answer Jennifer Lopez gets. The next 100 best scorers will receive 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 players will earn 100 Bilt Points.
Starting Wednesday, October 28, at noon ET, members can guess the top three answers to the questions. As usual, each member will get one sweepstakes entry for each correct answer (up to three entries). Submit your answers in the Bilt app by Sunday, November 1, at 3:00 p.m. ET. There are three ways you can score during the game:

Targeted bonus earnings at Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe's
Targeted cardholders can enjoy an additional 5X points at Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe's with their Bilt card, up to 1,000 bonus points. Not all cardholders will be eligible, but if you are, here's how much you'll earn:
